Welcome to this guided meditation,

Quick stress release.

Let's begin.

Please get comfortable seated or lay down if you wish.

Let your eyes relax into a stare,

Noting it's time to stop and begin relaxation.

Empty your mind also 10 seconds now,

Thank you.

Closing the eyes,

Begin the magic of you and imagine your hands are being blessed,

The gift of magical white energy,

As if your hands were touched by a healing angel,

Connecting their angelic work to your earthly self,

So that you can now place these soothing white hands to rest on your face now.

Allow your soft skin and fingers to cradle your face,

And imagine breathing in white lifting energy to ease any stress away.

Connect to well-being and feel guided to pressure point your face,

By simply holding and dipping into pressure points on and around the facial area,

Such as pressing near the nose on each side,

Or pressing your temples.

Navigate the face for any heat or tension and soothe it in your own way.

Feel the more you slowly and kindly press,

You are adding a light energy feel upon your face.

Have 20 seconds to do it naturally,

What suits this moment now,

Thank you.

Let's complete this with soft strokes over the forehead and heading outwards to the hairline.

Have 20 seconds more please,

Doing it your magical way.

Relax your hands into each other,

As if holding them as one,

Resting in each palm,

And breathe with ease,

But with intention to soothe and repower you.

So please imagine now,

All your attention goes onto a red flower,

It is a single red tulip,

And you are witnessing it opening its petals.

Feel you can touch these shiny smooth red petals.

Note its vibrant beauty,

And a huge centre of yellow and black.

The red tulip is so big,

It would cup into both your hands.

Your mind and brain will always appreciate nature,

For its shape and colours and texture.

It's often silent emotion,

As it is becoming what it is born to be,

A glorious flower right now.

Watch again as a tiny bee of stripes,

Fluffy body,

Goes to collect pollen,

And see the importance and oneness.

Remembering without the tiny bee,

Man could not survive no more than four years without them.

Breathe deeply into balance,

The natural laws that surround us humans.

Now let's think of your toes,

Ten of them that walk this journey of life.

Note their softness,

This part of the body.

Is the temperature hot or cold or just right?

How would it feel if the feet felt so light,

They lifted all of you,

The entire body,

Just so easily began to float upwards.

Nothing can stop it,

So up you rise as straight as an arrow,

Floating steady and up.

You start to rise above all things,

Above buildings,

And enter a silence in the sky.

All detail to life shrinks its detail into a dot.

Breathe into that dot,

But feel how huge you are up here.

It's time to enter silence,

Because it will power you up.

So honor this moment,

Half a minute,

Thank you.
