Welcome to this guided sleep meditation called My Magical Star Sleep.
Let's begin.
In your bedroom.
Oh,
Pillows love a good squeeze to make them big and dreamy.
So please squeeze your pillow now.
Good.
Please jump into bed.
Then resting your head into the dreamy pillow.
Closing one eye to sleep.
Closing the next eye to dream.
Squeeze the eyes shut.
Let the eyes inside move up and down,
Up and down.
Then side to side,
Side to side.
Let the eyes get ready for sleep and dreams.
Let's begin now with your feet and your toes.
Tensing them tight for a mere second.
Then tensing your legs tight for a second.
Then the tummy tensing a little tight for a mere second.
And the arms and the hands tensing so very tight for a second.
Lastly your head,
Your face tensing so tight for a mere second.
Now go soft,
Everything into sleepy softness.
Yawn,
Yawn if you wish and snuggle down.
Ready for the magical star sleep to begin.
Let's have some fun and prep your bedroom and paint it soft white with your imagination.
Every wall and ceiling matching in soft whiteness.
The bedroom loves to sleep in soft sleepy white.
The floor a blank carpet of fluffy whiteness and the pillow too changing to soft white.
And everything touching you for sleep time is turning soft white.
Hold the breath still now for three seconds.
One,
Two,
Three.
Breathe now my white star bright bedroom.
Get really comfortable.
Let's honour the night sky of stars.
All these stars are really so physically very far away up in that big sky.
Or maybe not so far away for they are always,
Always visiting you every bedtime.
Smiling and sparkling shining into your eyes.
Amongst the starry night sky,
One silvery white moon and white floating fluffy clouds on a magical sleeping wind.
Invite into your bedroom the ceiling lighting up with a galaxy of stars.
Let your breathing gently connect to stars and starlight.
One silvery white moon and white fluffy clouds floating on a sleeping bed.
Let all heaviness disappear and replace with lightness rising in all of you.
Softly breathing and connecting to a galaxy of stars.
One white silvery moon and white floating fluffy clouds on a sleeping wind.
Breathe it all in and let it travel around the body.
Up and down the body and let it travel around the head,
Side to side in the head.
What a wonderful way to go to sleep.
Maybe you can be a star.
The big bedtime sky on your ceiling.
Will you be a small star or the biggest star of them all?
Maybe a family,
A constellation of stars.
Would you like to fly like a shooting star all night long,
Streaming over the silvery white moon?
Fast,
Flying in and out of floating fluffy white clouds on the sleeping wind.
Flying is good and floating to sky sleep.
Star magical sleep.
Will there be any white snow clouds too?
Can you make a snow cloud release lots of white snowflakes onto the sleeping wind?
So I wish you a magical dream and dream with a galaxy of stars.
Keep sparkling all the time.
Please put a smile on the white silvery moon and a smile on you.
Fluff up those fluffy clouds.
Add some snowflakes too.
Time to dream.
One,
Two,
Three.
My magical star sleep.
Maybe you can be a star in the sky.
