Please get seated or lay down if you wish and stare 10 seconds and empty the mind too.
Closing the eyes and empty the mind 10 seconds again.
Let the eyes inside go left and right,
Left right.
Nice deep breath in and relax your eyes.
I present to you an earthly yet spiritual power animal,
The lion.
There is nothing to do but accept he will be your companion and guide right now.
So breathe into a smile.
The lion is with you throughout this meditation.
All you have to do is walk together side by side with nothing more than a silver energy between you.
A small journey begins so just breathe into this moment,
This beginning as you both walk forwards on this path together.
Breathe into the silver energy that keeps you both close.
Have 30 seconds to bond.
Something is shining further up in the distance.
As you get closer you both find a large box with a ribbon around it for it is a present.
The lion removes the ribbon as you lift the lid off the box.
Looking inside there is nothing solid inside except a light pink energy,
The wonderful gift of joy in life.
You yourself climb inside,
Ready to breathe it into the living life body and into the very cells,
Your DNA.
With a sniff up the nose it goes.
Now stay here 30 seconds,
Take it all in with every breath.
The joy of living in each moment and just know from head to toe you are being reminded to live in joy.
You step out of the box and stroke the lion and he becomes brighter.
His eyes are smiling at you.
Onwards you both go on the path to see what you will both find.
Then another shiny thing comes into view.
Yet another big box wrapped with a ribbon and so the lion removes the ribbon as you open the box.
Looking inside there is nothing solid inside except a light green energy,
The wonderful gift of confidence in life.
You climb inside and breathe it into the body,
Into the living cells,
Your DNA.
With a sniff up the nose it goes.
Now stay here 30 seconds,
Take it all in with every breath of light green and just know from head to toe you are being reminded to live with confidence.
You step out of the box and stroke the lion again and he becomes brighter.
His eyes are smiling at you.
His body posture suddenly looks strong and confident.
Back to the path and walking for there is another present ahead.
This large box with a ribbon and so the lion removes it as you lift the lid off the box.
Looking inside there is nothing solid inside except a light blue energy,
The wonderful gift of gratitude in life.
You climb inside and breathe it into the living body,
Into the very cells,
Your DNA.
With a sniff up the nose it goes.
Now stay here 30 seconds,
Take it all in every breath of light blue.
Just know from head to toe you are being reminded gratitude is a power magnet.
As you step out of the box and stroke this lion he becomes brighter,
His eyes are smiling at you,
Looking confident with a full heart and a stomach that is full of gratitude.
The path starts to rise upwards onto higher ground and again something is shining in the distance.
This extra-large box and a big ribbon.
The lion removes it as you open the lid.
Looking inside there is nothing solid inside except a light purple energy,
The wonderful gift of higher support.
You climb inside and breathe it into the body and into the living cells,
Your DNA.
With a sniff up the nose it goes.
Stay here 30 seconds,
Take it all in with every breath of light purple and just know from head to toe you are being reminded we are truly never alone and trust you are always supported.
Get good at asking and receiving.
You step out of the box and stroke the lion and he becomes brighter,
His eyes are smiling at you,
Standing with confidence,
A full heart,
A stomach full of gratitude and feeling safe in life's journey.
Back to this higher path,
Going up and up,
A shiny thing is ahead of you both,
Another rather large box and ribbon,
Where the lion removes the ribbon.
Lift the lid off and look inside,
There is nothing solid inside except a light yellow energy,
The wonderful gift of humour.
You climb inside and breathe it into the body and into the living cells,
Your DNA.
With a sniff up the nose it goes.
Now stay here for 30 seconds,
Take it all in with every breath of light yellow and just know from head to toe you are being reminded finding fun,
Laughter and to laugh is good for you.
You step out of the box and stroke the lion and he becomes brighter,
His eyes are smiling at you,
Looking confident,
A full heart,
A stomach full of gratitude,
Feeling safe and so playful.
Now the path is reaching its highest point as the final box appears,
Again wrapped in ribbons.
The lion removes it and you open the lid looking inside,
There is nothing solid inside except a light orange energy,
The wonderful gift of adventure.
You climb inside and breathe it into the body and into the very cells,
Your DNA.
With a sniff up the nose it goes.
Now stay 30 seconds,
Take it all in with every breath of light orange and just know from head to toe you are being reminded having many adventures is the spark of life itself.
You step out of the box and stroke the lion and he becomes brighter,
His eyes are smiling,
Looking confident,
A full heart,
A stomach full of gratitude,
Feeling safe and playful plus ready for adventures.
Finally a cool inviting pool is the next thing you see,
Just a little further up,
There is no hesitation as you both jump in to cool down.
The water is crystal clear,
The water dissolves the silver energy between you both,
You feel the high vibration of living life so free to live well in this lifetime.
So splash,
Drink,
Swim about,
Have some me time for one minute please.
A deep breath into life,
Breathing deeply into life,
Living on a high vibration.
