Welcome to this guided meditation called the holiday away from earth.

Let's begin please.

Please get seated or lay down if you wish.

Closing your eyes,

Empty the mind,

Let the eyes inside go round and round,

Breathing lovingly into all of you.

Listen like a bell has just rung,

Signifying it's time for a holiday away from it all.

So see yourself unpacking your bag,

Everything here that connects to you,

All your clothes and shoes,

All your worldly possessions coming out of the suitcase.

Say goodbye to that last human beverage and when the suitcase is empty,

It's time for you to begin.

To begin a holiday,

A companion is needed,

The perfect companion,

A earth dragon with the colors of brown and green,

Long and slender,

Flying wings like rockets for turbo fast flight with their huge hearts far greater in every way and you right now the earth being.

Our hearts look small with all those aches and pains of life,

Mixed with fear and low vibration stuff but the heart of the earth dragon is full on power,

Spent half a minute absorbing its amazing love.

Feel completely relaxed with this dragon,

Almost drawn to him like a magnet as you bow before him,

Absorbing his amazing love and then it's time to climb up onto the earth dragon,

Ready to fly into the cosmos,

Into the galaxy,

Into that Milky Way,

The universe of wonder and abundance,

Although they say you are the smallest of the solar planets,

You are visible a few hours after sunset and the very same at sunrise.

And you are the brightest in the night sky and always the morning star,

The very same size as earth.

Life can be a mountain and what a wonderful view.

So I breathe in the color of three,

You are the largest planet in the solar system,

Over 300 earths would fit within.

You have 62 moons and one is the largest,

Called Ganymede.

For I must sleep and recharge each night.

With the strongest winds of all and thunderstorms.
