Please hold the breath still for 7 seconds now.
Feel the breath long and smooth.
And enter 10 seconds of silence.
See the mind now.
Let's start with some basic facts of your physical heart.
For what we know,
Arms us with protection.
First,
It is a muscle.
And so with all muscles,
Exercise is what strengthens it.
The brain also acts quickly,
Looking after the body and the heart when under pressure.
We know fight and flight mode is within us whenever we are in situations of drama,
Of stress,
Of worry.
And so the brain is triggered to respond.
The brain unfortunately shrinks the part that maintains focus and performance as it rushes into stress cycles.
And stress is often the root cause of health problems on the body and on the heart.
Blood pressure,
Heart rate can be avoided when we step into the mind connection.
This being when we can't physically change the events in one's life that are causing the stress,
The goal is to change the reaction,
So that the endorphins that calm the brain are released.
Lose weight if you are already overweight and uncomfortable with it will help the physical heart too.
Now stress relief techniques involve those things of deep breathing.
The magic of the 4-7-8 breathing.
This changes the brain's fight and flight response to bring us into a calm,
Control,
Relaxed response.
This is why meditation supports the heart very well.
The magic breath of 4-7-8.
So that would be In breath count of 4.
Hold that breath count of 7.
Release breath count of 8.
Now let's add some fun to these magic breaths that say no to stress and protect it too.
Let's begin with colour breathing.
Pure,
Calming white.
Imagine breathing in quickly white air.
Hold 7 seconds now.
Breathe out long and fully white air.
Now please continue your own of the 4-7-8 breaths,
Thinking white,
For a couple of minutes.

Now please let the eyes inside go up and down.
Up and down.
Up and down.
As if physically looking and understanding the heart and brain connection that is different to the heart and mind connection.
I wish to bring your attention a gentle reminder how to keep a physical,
Healthy heart so it can stand in its power and protection.
That will reflect on the heart and mind on that higher level,
Relaxing your eyes and centre.
Take a full breath in.
Hold onto for 7 seconds.
Feel the breath long and smooth.
Thus knowing long loving breaths triggers relaxation and can also be used against both the pressure of stress and situations that become troublesome.
The physical brain is always looking after the body but when we get into situations it will respond quickly and blood pressure and heart rate go up.
Then we step into the power of the mind and wish to cancel out flight and fight mode.
For we are not getting ready to run or preparing to defend ourselves.
We simply encounter silly,
Silly stress from time to time,
From situations or others,
In other words drama that will never be kind to you.
Worrying is also an energy draining energy that again isn't kind to you.
We can learn to cancel out worry and stress with logic and solutions.
That all negatives have indeed a positive.
So join me in refusing to pressure by heart and begin to diffuse it all.
The heart loves deep breathing and exercise that produces and dolphins the electric stuff of life.
A healthy body boosts the mind.
And you feel in control of situations in a calm and strong position.
Feeding the heart is food and water and drinks.
When we eat to avoid first the consumption of too much food in one go,
This will trigger lots of chemical reactions that put the heart under pressure.
So we must fall in love with moderation and discipline for these two have massive rewards and you feel a control of the health and happiness it carries.
Hot healthy foods that come from healthy fats.
Those certain fats in foods like fish,
Avocados,
Nuts and so on.
And the cocoa found in chocolate in moderation lowers cholesterol in the bloodstream and even wine in moderation supports a healthy heart.
But no matter how mentally active we are,
We still have a physical body and the physical benefits from our chosen preferred exercise and build a good relationship with that for our entire lives.
So here we are reminded maintaining a healthy heart.
Now relax a little as we look up to the higher heart that is a pink chakra energy.
Please breathe in pink and hold 7 seconds.
Release bright pink air.
Breathe deeply into pink again.
Hold onto pink 7 seconds.
Breathe out pink energy of unconditional love.
Focus on the word love.
Breathe in love.
Hold 7 seconds.
Breathe out love.
Its limitless connection to all things of positivity and self-happiness.
Tell yourself I shall seek the positivity in all things and react better in a kind way that keeps my heart healthy.
And for fun let the head now turn in a slow circle and just know you have the power and protection that is connected to the mind to stay bright with a strong healthy heart.
