Welcome to this guided meditation called Chakratyam,
The womb and mother earth.
Let's begin.
Seated or lay down if you wish.
Closing your eyes.
Thank you.
Hold the breath.
7 seconds.
Thank you.
Feel the breath.
Smooth and long.
Let the eyes inside go round and round.
Connect,
Round.
Connecting to the flow and shape of Mother Earth.
Then let your eyes inside free flow.
Left,
Right.
Up and down.
The flow of feminine creativity that moves in all directions.
Relax deeply now.
We call our Earth Mother Earth.
The only planet that supports life and the birth of life.
Let's acknowledge two things.
First,
Your birth from the womb of your mother.
Second,
Born on planet Earth,
The mother of life and creation.
Feel a bow of respect as this covers also the animal kingdom,
The nature kingdom,
Even the crystals and so on.
The base chakra red relates to basic needs met and Mother Earth gives you everything you need.
There is a great comfort knowing foods grow to sustain us,
Water to replenish on every human level.
The air is all about our life breath.
The womb of Mother Earth is called a place where the doors of the four directions open,
Where water,
Air,
Earth and fire live together.
We truly hold these in our hands and work with them every day.
May our feet be planted and hold great human posture to increase our happiness.
Though the sporty side of human life and body,
We can leap high through the air and still land on our feet.
The womb of Earth is where the past and present are united.
Our very minds work this way,
Making us wiser and bonding to unconditional love and compassion beyond ourselves.
The first Greek god was actually a goddess called Gaia,
Also Mother Earth,
Who created herself from her fertile womb all life sprang and living things must return after their allotted span of life is over.
This is true we all have a life and often each new day reminds us we are alive as we dance with time.
We do not know when the journey,
The full journey ends,
But it reminds us to get busy living.
So we are all born forth out of our mother's womb.
The womb of Mother Earth is all about safety,
Nurture,
Abundant growth,
Healing,
Fulfilment and creation.
When we touch on our child days,
We know that not everyone had a safe journey those first few years and that inner child is with us as an adult that we are destined to become.
Take comfort that each generation of mothers and her womb will be in a better world where more help and care is given to reduce stress,
A reduction in old diseases,
Some things that were common in our history of family trees.
I mention this to be brave and strong,
To remember only the wholesome parts of your younger years and around your own mother too.
For example,
I myself was born into a family of seven children with only one income into the home.
I may have gone without extra treats,
But the home was full of many comforting sisters and brothers.
So like me,
We let go of any hardship or stresses,
The drama,
The trauma if any upon us and the stresses upon our parents and their parents,
And choose with love and willpower to hold only onto its positives.
Thus,
We break the chain of human life and female bodies around anxiety and sexuality.
The gift of each child is their creativity that may shine into each adult life and keep a good bond for as children our imagination is truly on fire,
Very alive.
They know how to laugh,
Smile and love all things,
Including nature and animals.
So we cherish this gift,
The beginning of life on earth,
Mother Earth and your mother and mothers.
Females are strong,
But also nurturing.
We see this when we compare and look at male energy,
Male beings.
We are most multi-talented,
Multi-functional and creative with everything we see and hold in our homes and in our hearts,
And are inspired by Mother Earth with all that she shows us and invites us to explore,
Like picking a flower and placing this flower inside the home.
It's just natural.
We are truly connected to this wonderful vibration,
Mother Earth's vibration,
Her powerful,
Creative creativity.
I invite you to rub your tummy,
Rub your tummy just because you can.
You know your own tummy is a soft place if new hands touch it.
It often speaks to us to remember to keep loving it and care and respect this soft place.
And our sacral chakra of orange colour,
We must acknowledge this includes healthy sexuality and nurturing ourselves through endless days and nights and through time itself.
The solar yellow chakra above the sacral bookclothes is the confident you and the power you have and decide if others will respect you for being firm yet compassionate.
I shall move on to the heart area,
The green chakra,
Because I wish to connect to the heart of Mother Earth.
We are truly waking up to look after her needs,
Her wellbeing,
And smile because,
As a child,
The basic things were a way of living that was,
Without realising,
Environmentally friendly.
So,
We are reminded to slow down with too much material and remember her beauty that is natural and healthy,
Full of longevity,
Positivity,
Lightness and freedom.
Our womb centre is our source of creative energy to manifest our soul's path and our authentic femininity,
The pattern of our female soul into this world.
We connect our womb energy centre with the womb of Mother Earth,
Energising this area so that we can attract the things we love into our lives.
The womb chakra point reveals the infinite divine power available to each of us when we cleanse this chakra.
They say the womb chakra is the most powerful energetic point within you,
Different from the second chakra.
It is its own chakra point.
It is the power that is available to all of us.
It is the highest,
Holiest place in the body.
Sometimes trauma and indeed karma is stored in the womb chakra.
So,
As we focus on cleansing,
We can help to transform and heal life.
Now,
As I focus once more onto the sacral chakra,
It represents also an opportunity to release low vibrations,
To understand the birth of yourself,
For some may hold locked down memories that you absorbed as a sponge,
And to learn about your immediate surroundings.
The mother and remember any negativity and fears and ask them to be released,
To step into your comfortable power of love,
Of inner strength and peace.
Just imagine,
A person is walking alone and encounters on this journey some boisterous dogs running free.
So,
Fear is alerted within the sacral,
The tummy,
The womb.
But a walking stick is found and suddenly by picking up this stick,
You suddenly feel a little protected.
Not wanting any drama,
Just to walk onwards in peace and to be at peace with anything such as boisterous dogs.
But you have just stepped into your power,
Your positivity.
Here is the opportunity to release owed vibrations from your youth to reinforce the positive so that you can ultimately shine and shine in life and be willing to dismiss the sadness of fears and free the energy body,
The chakras,
And blocking to gain more nourishment and live on this higher vibration and natural creation and creativity.
Plus you are breaking the old chain of all family history,
The mothers before your mother,
Who may not have known of support or help,
But to go up in life.
So,
By doing for yourself,
You are doing it for all mankind,
But for womankind.
This relates to what's happening to,
In this world,
Mother Earth,
And her womb needs lifting and nurturing and healing,
For she is naturally beautiful and creative herself.
All mothers bring life into this world of Earth,
Life to celebrate womankind.
And Mother Earth connects to peace that is full of abundance and positivity.
We work,
But we must play,
Even work can beplay,
Our gifts,
Our hobbies,
That copy nature,
The animal kingdom that regenerate for the better,
Improving their lives.
And as the human species,
Plus with our minds,
Our higher crown and higher self,
We can improve.
Anyone who has upset us is upset as well,
So break the chain and compassion for better days.
When we look to help and support Mother Earth,
As of now,
We step with a polite nudge into mindfulness,
Being aware of our habits and actions of the seconds like a clock,
Allowing anything new to arise and things to change.
The mothering too is not just to nurture,
But to protect from harm,
So please step into your power.
Let's cleanse and empower the womb,
The sacral chakra,
In an easy,
Thoughtful way.
But just before we do,
I feel this chakra is maybe,
In my opinion,
With an air of silliness,
Vulnerability,
A chakra that needs nurturing and powering.
But it is woman's female power,
And we are tested on many levels just for being a woman,
A female.
We are reminded of our opposites,
The male.
They are not perfect and go from one scale to another.
Maybe they are like many things here to teach us,
To understand ourselves,
But empowerment standing in peace and finding out who you really are and what you like.
The healing sound and your voice with mantra vam,
V-a-m.
We can embody the vam mantra by singing it fifty times,
Fifty-four,
To cleanse and empower these chakras and the womb chakra.
So to the count of three,
We will sing vam fifty-four times to embody it.
Take a deep breath in.

VAI The Vā vam vam vam vam vam vam This mantra is so gentle and powerful and cleansing.
Now we are reminded of simple things we can do to help protect the earth.
The connection.
To reduce,
Reuse and recycle.
To cut down on what we throw away.
Volunteer for cleanups in community.
Educate.
Conserve water.
Choose sustainable.
Shop wisely.
Use long-lasting light bulbs.
Switch electric off at the wall socket.
Washing on an economy cycle.
Plant a tree.
Enjoy taking off your shoes.
Observe and journal.
Spend uninterrupted time in nature.
Imagine you wave your hand over your head.
You wave over all female energies.
Like a healing wish to empower all females on earth.
And bow with great friendship to Mother Earth too.
See her trials and tribulations.
But to see her glorious light.
Her highest,
Highest of power in the name of love and light.
Love and light.
Love and light.
See a great door opening in all our womb chakras.
And receiving light and empowerment.
Reconnecting to creation and creativity.
The gifts we have just like Mother Earth.
Stay here for a minute,
Focused on receiving the highest of light and love into the open door of your womb chakra now.

Smiles really do make us more productive,
Great creators.
Own this energy smile in all your vibration field.
Let's now ground to home,
To Mother Earth,
Your roots of the feet,
The soles of the feet,
Growing brand new roots into her,
To the centre of Earth,
To anchor to Earth.
Feel you are supported that she has your back covered and loves you as you love her.
For you are so similar.
