Your light blue chakra does that ripples into life.
The life breath,
Our voices,
All communication and the essence of creativity.
Let the eyes settle and be centered.
Now fear is the very opposite of creativity,
Creation.
But every one of us is this very thing.
So letting go of fear,
Walk away from it into the safety of your own powerful divine creation.
Time to quickly paint the room you are in now into white with your imagination,
The mind.
So every wall beautiful empowering white.
Paint that ceiling into a white ceiling.
And the floor,
A soft energy carpet of white.
Lastly the physical self.
Let everything that is touching you and supporting the body be clothed in energy white.
Comforted in this lovely white space.
Recharging here in your white energy space.
Now you too are pure energy.

Moving onto color.
Light blue.
Blue is deeply healing.
A true energy color for all healing work.
With your imagination,

Turning them into lovely light blue.
Turning the ceiling fully into sky blue.
And a energy light blue carpet floor.
Again let everything touching you and supporting the body connect to light blueness.
Soak up this healing energy color.
Let it travel as healing energy.
And to the precise physical throat areas.
This is the mouth,
The teeth and gums.
The jawline.
The vocal cords.
The voice box.
The ears,
The necks and shoulders and muscles.
And as this healing light blue energy continues to happen.
Let's open this light blue chakra.
This is the light blue chakra of the throat.
So will it and command it to open now?
Tell this chakra to spin,
Spin faster.
Tell it to cleanse itself.
And to come back into balance.
Creating now some loving energy around this area.
Let the face soften and gently rise into oneness.
Welcome in to receive this great energy blue and swallow it up.

The fifth throat chakra connects to the fifth element of ether,
Space.
The other element being earth,
Fire,
Water,
Air.
But ether is both nothing and everything.
The very thing that makes all movement and all life possible.
And the vast universe is made of ether,
Space.
When it is in a balanced state,
It induces knowledge and awareness,
Intuition,
As light as spirit.
The element ether influences the mind and heart when we rest in its silence and emptiness.
So please have half a minute of honouring ether and empty your mind now.

Feeling that nourishing vibration.
This mantra can be done longer to the sacred number of repeating it 54 or 108 times to embody the mantra into you.
Now learning is a part of life.
With the throat learning to overcome obstacles,
Such as anger expressed in the throat area.
They say when we feel anger in that moment,
We give our power away.
They say the ones we are angry at are drawn into our spear as mirrors that reflect parts of us we don't want to see,
But needs healing.
All healing is empowering.
It's about owning and stepping into your power.
The opposite of anger is love,
Unconditional love that is universal.
So we can learn and master to tolerate,
To be more compassionate,
To forgive quicker,
To avoid also others fragile state too.
Learning and controlling anger in the throat is to reconnect to calm,
Expressed logically assertively.
Also physically we can exercise,
Which is a tonic for reading stress.
Problem solving is a part of life that begins really by making peace with our two days.
That shall break through to our tomorrows.
This is how we make things happen.
Moving up through up the vibrational alignment.
Letting go of worry topics,
Stop feeding them.
So please play the game and start to collect that good list of each day.
And watch it grow and grow bigger.
