Welcome to this meditation of 10 minutes me time.

Let's get really comfortable.

Curl up like a child if you wish.

Wrap yourself in comfort.

Please close the eyes and take a moment of peace.

Take now a deep full breath in and hold for 5 seconds before you release it fully.

Let's expand the mind with some me time.

Sometimes we have to help ourselves.

Encourage oneself.

A moment of upliftment is sometimes very needed.

So just imagine where you are laying right now includes a big pile of many piles of thank you letters.

Thank you letters privately addressed to you.

There is one thing in common with this large volume of letters with your name and address on.

For they all end with a thank you.

Some of these thank yous may go back many years and some of late.

Times when you have shined very brightly.

The caring side.

The caring side you show to others.

The help you have done from the smallest to the biggest.

Sometimes we free something like a bee or a butterfly that's lost its way.

Or sometimes we help a child or a man or a woman.

Times when you have helped a stranger.

Or smiled at someone.

The times of good advice that's been well received.

And completing workloads that comes in all different styles.

The sympathy and empathy trusted by another.

The inner thank yous for overcoming obstacles.

And an inner feeling for believing in good outcomes.

Realising you're more popular than you realise.

The thank yous of nature when watering things.

And the thank yous of being true to yourself and the respect it brings.

The thank yous of looking after yourself.

Improving areas of yourself and sharing that.

Acknowledging your own strength and natural gifts.

Some days we don't realise how much we have been a positive shining light.

So watch now as hundreds of thank you letters.

This huge pile dissolves into your aura.

Filling the aura brimming with this high vibration of love.

Let it cling and hug you and hug and squeeze yourself right now.

And feeling a soaking up of this solid love vibration.

For your feet are a part of this love vibration of oneself.

Which will feel that they are walking on air.

Everywhere is on a cushion of love.

And I am safe and supported.

And you are that love.

For love is powerful and brightens you and all that touches your life.

Taking in a big deep breath and holding for 5 seconds and feel everything about you is magical.

Is really yourself standing in your power.

Let's take a moment of peace.

Now ready,

Ready to come back to the here and now at the count of 5.

Eyes opening fully,

Fully wide open.

Feeling refreshed and really special.
