Hello and welcome to another guided meditation visualization with me Lily.
It's an honor to be here supporting you today in this journey and as always just getting comfortable now,
Whether for you that's seated or lying down and closing down the physical eyes.
Settling in and really just connecting with your breath now.
Noticing the rise and fall of your chest and allowing the life force energy to flow in and out of you with ease.
Bringing your awareness and attention to your third eye now.
Located right in the center of your forehead just putting all your awareness here now.
This is important for the exercise we're doing today as we will be doing a visualization practice during this meditation.
As you tune into this sacred space you might begin to notice some tingling sensations or you might not feel anything at all.
What's important is maintaining that focus in this space.
As the energy builds in your third eye chakra you begin to visualize yourself in a room and right in the middle of this room is a golden chalice.
Sitting with angelic presence on a large antique table directly in front of you.
As you walk closer to it you notice there is a golden orb floating in this chalice and through it is a beam of white light.
As you look down you notice that this white light,
This angelic beam of light is connecting with your womb space now.
As you fixate your eyes behind the cradle you see two large wooden doors with beautiful carvings all around the edges.
You walk around the table and head towards these doors.
You reach your hand out to touch the surface noticing its smooth texture and you feel something calling you to push these doors open.
And so trusting your intuition you do and you are immediately overcome by beauty in all of your senses.
The most magical sunset you have ever seen is displayed before you with magnificent shades of purple,
Orange,
Pinks and blues,
Shimmering stars and dreamy clouds floating by.
Told yet again by your intuitive guidance you feel drawn to step through these doors where you are immediately embraced in this warm,
Loving energy and you know you are in the presence of your spirit team holding you now.
You hear magical angelic melodies around you,
Music so beautiful that it is as if you are receiving sweet kisses in your ears.
Breathe into the knowing of your spirit team as they surround you.
You have come together in this realm to assist your soul in upgrading its connection to the spirit baby realm.
Just sit in the energy of your spirit team for a moment.
Noticing who they are.
They may be guides,
Past loved ones,
Angels,
Ascendant masters,
Whatever you feel is right.
Just sitting in the energy,
Being open to introductions and conversations now.
You feel the hands of one of your spirit team on your shoulders now.
This member of your spirit team has signed up to be the line of communication between you and the spirit baby realm.
As they step in front of you,
You feel the current of energy and know the upgrade has now begun.
You have the loving support of the spirit team member through this journey and together you begin to tune into the messages assigned especially for you from the realm of spirit babies.
As the upgrade takes place,
It's time to ask any questions that you need answered during this new chapter of your spiritual awakening.
What is it that I need to know with this new connection?
In what ways can I be aware that communication is happening?
Will there be symbols,
Feelings?
What do I need to know?
Take some time to put through any specific requests you have for the spirit baby realm and if you are meant to receive it,
Trusting that you will.
Feeling into that energetic connection between you and the realm of spirit babies,
Strengthening by the second.
Is there anything you need to focus on moving forward from this upgrade?
Shifting your focus towards gratitude for this moment now.
Thinking the realm of spirit babies,
The guide who will now be with you and your connections moving forward and your wider spirit team.
The upgrade is now complete and with love in your heart you step back into the room with the golden chalice.
Returning to your life force,
Your breath and sitting in pure gratitude for this moment.
Taking as long as you need now to sit in the presence of the conception cradle and the power that has taken place in this upgrade today.
If you're ready,
Start to bring your awareness back into your physical body.
Just wriggle your fingers and toes and slowly opening your eyes.
