CJ is an Irish-based yoga teacher and mindfulness guide with nearly two decades of dedicated practice rooted in presence, breath, and self-inquiry. Her teaching is grounded in the authentic tradition of Patanjali's eight limbs of yoga, transmitted through a living lineage that traces back through Swami Rama to Patanjali himself, one of the most unbroken and revered threads in classical yogic tradition. Trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative yoga, and the healing science of Ayurveda, her classes honour both the dynamic and the still. The outer movement of the body and the quiet turning inward of the mind. Each class is shaped by the understanding that the physical practice is only one limb of a much deeper path toward self-knowledge. CJ brings warmth, sincerity, and years of personal practice to everything she teaches. She meets students exactly where they are, whether they are stepping onto the mat for the first time or continuing a lifelong journey. Her guided meditations draw on the power of breath, sound, and stillness as tools for nervous system regulation and inner clarity, woven together with her studies in Ayurveda and sound healing. CJ teaches under the Lily Wellness name, born from a simple belief that wellness is not a destination but a living practice, grown one conscious moment at a time.
