To begin,

Gently allow yourself to soften and close your eyes and just become aware of the fact that you are breathing.

Just noticing the natural inflow and outflow of your breath.

Now lengthen your inflow on your next breath in,

Gently letting your stomach rise and release,

Releasing all of that stale air,

Making room for new,

Clean air.

Breathing in,

Fully filling your lungs with air and slowly releasing all of that stale air.

And just following your breath in and out of your body,

Allowing your body to soften and relax with the flow of your breath.

Very good.

Now I want you to imagine you're in a beautiful,

Tranquil place.

Perhaps it's somewhere that you visited in the past or you've seen in images or maybe it's somewhere that you've made up,

You've imagined.

And with your eyes,

Just take in the scene of this beautiful,

Tranquil place.

Taking in the different shapes and colors.

Notice what it feels like to be in this space,

The quality of the air as it makes contact with your skin.

Noticing your bare feet connecting with what's beneath you.

And this is your place.

Unite it however you like.

Just notice what time of day it is.

Do you feel the sun on your skin?

And unite it,

Notice the rays of the moon,

Allowing yourself to connect.

Very good.

Just explore this place,

Allow yourself to feel things,

To smell any flavors you can sense.

And as you do,

Just look around you.

Notice that you're here,

You're here by yourself.

How does that feel?

I invite you to just make a note of whatever comes up for you.

Just notice your body.

How is your breathing right now?

Your heartbeat?

Are there any sensations in your body?

Just allow yourself to sit in this relaxed space.

And when you're ready,

Take your time.

You can gently begin to open your eyes and come back to the room.
