As a dedicated yoga teacher for over a 15 years, Lila draws from several methods to inform her teaching style. She has completed 200-hour Hatha, 300-hour Jivamukti & 200-hour Forrest yoga teacher training and is also a qualified Bodyworker & Life Coach.
