A short breathing practice to to clear, reset and energize your mind, body and spirit. Do this at any point of your day, whenever you need to move your energy around and come into a new space of being. Skip this practice if you have heart issues or are pregnant.

Hi friends,

Welcome to your practice.

This is a short breathing exercise that you can do during any point of your day when you just need a quick reset and clearing.

To begin,

Find a nice and easy comfortable seat with the spine tall and the tailbone relaxed down onto the ground.

Close down the eyes and pull the eyes in and up to the brow so you're looking at the point in between your eyebrows.

When you land here,

Take a big breath in through the mouth and exhale the breath out the mouth.

To begin our breathing exercise,

You're going to create an O shape with your lips.

We're going to be breathing in and out the mouth.

On your inhale,

You're going to take a sip through the O shape between your lips and on your exhale you're going to release.

It's going to sound something like this.

We're going to do two rounds.

So take a nice deep breath in through your mouth and exhale.

Let's begin the first round.

Keep breathing like this at your own pace,

Keeping the eyes turned in and up to the brow and the body relaxed,

Allowing the breath to move through your body like you're riding a wave.

Keep it going.

Notice the energy shift that's happening in your body and if any emotion starts to come up,

Know that it's coming up so it can be completely cleared.

Keep breathing.

You can go as slow or as fast as your body wants you to.

Take a final breath in through the mouth.

Sip the air up your lungs,

Your chest,

Your throat,

Your head like you're sipping on a straw and when you reach the top,

Hold it there.

Press the tongue on the roof of the mouth and try to relax your entire body around this breath hold.

Start to feel into the life force.

Start to feel into your energetic body,

The space around your body and then exhale it out the mouth.

Exhale so much that the belly suctions into the spine and try to hold the breath out.

Allow your awareness to move fully inwards and let yourself know that it's okay to be without breath here.

For five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Sip in air in through the mouth and let's begin round two.

Keep it going and breathe in a way that feels very circular to you so the breath has no beginning and no end.

It's just continuously moving through your body like a circle,

Cleaning and cleansing everything that it touches.

You got this.

Keep it going,

Allowing your body to release and let go of all that is not serving you anymore.

You have 30 seconds to go,

Riding your own breath at your own pace.

Take a big sip of air in through the mouth and hold the breath in.

Notice the vibrations circulating through your body and the vibrations emanating from you.

As you hold the breath in,

Try to shoot your energy outside of your body so you feel your aura expanding towards all directions.

As you hold the breath in,

Exhale out all of your air out the mouth and then the belly suctions into the spine and hold the breath out.

Try to hold the breath out for as long as you can.

Notice how the capacity of your lungs increases when you perform this breathing exercise and you can hold the breath out for longer than you think you can.

Now take a big breath in through the nose and sigh it out the mouth.

Slowly come back to your natural pattern of breath.

Take a moment to notice the shift that has happened in your mind,

Body and spirit.

Now you can start to slowly blink your eyes open and continue on your day from this new place.
