Hello and welcome to your practice.
This is a breathing practice designed to give fresh energy and vitality into your body.
It is a really good one to do in the beginning of your day to start your day with this sense of awareness and awakening.
We will begin by practicing a pranayama called Kapalabhati.
For this practice,
We'll move our awareness into our belly and we'll exhale out the nose and the inhale will come in naturally and we'll pump the belly in.
It's not about the speed but more about the quality of the belly pumps.
To begin,
Take an inhale through your nose.
And take an exhale out your mouth.
Let's do one more clearing breath inhale.
And exhale out the mouth.
Let's begin our Kapalabhati practice.
