Hello and welcome to your practice.
This is a breathing practice you can do whenever you feel like you have some stuck energy in your body that you want to release.
To begin,
Close down your eyes and move your awareness into your physical body.
Take a quick body scan all the way from the soles of the feet up to the crown of the head.
Go slow and try to notice where this stuck energy resides within your body.
Maybe it's in your belly,
Your chest,
Your throat,
Wherever that might be,
Locate it.
And if you can't locate it,
That's okay as well.
Now,
If you know where the stuck energy is,
Take a deep full breath towards that area.
If you don't,
Just take a general deep full breath.
Inhale.
And open your mouth,
Let something go,
Make a sound.
And we'll do that two more times.
Deep breath in.
Open your mouth and allow your body to make a sound.
One more time.
Inhale into that space where you feel the stuckness.
This time,
Hold it at the top.
See if you can sip in a bit more air through the nose,
A bit more through the mouth.
Hold the breath in.
Open your mouth,
Let it go.
Inhale through the nose,
Deep and full.
Sip in a bit more air through the nose,
A bit more in through the mouth.
Hold.
This time,
As you exhale,
Flutter your lips.
One more time with the lip flutter.
Breathe in.
Sip in a bit more air in through the nose,
A bit more in through the mouth.
Get as full as you can.
Gaze towards your third eye.
And flutter your lips.
Allow the fluttering of the lips to release the stuck energy.
We have two more breaths.
Breathe in.
We have two more breaths.
Breathe in.
When you reach the top,
One breath through the nose,
One breath through the mouth.
Hold.
This time,
As you exhale,
Stick out your tongue.
Let out a lion's breath and make a sound.
One more,
Just like that.
Fill it up through the nose and the mouth.
And stick out your tongue.
Let it go.
You can inhale through the nose.
And exhale out the mouth.
Gently come back to scanning your body.
Gently come back to scanning your body.
And notice how the stuck energetic points feel.
Notice the difference that only three minutes of breath work can have in your physical and energetic body.
Thank you so much for taking the time to practice,
And I'll see you next time.
