Lesley doesn't believe yoga has to be so serious and her classes reflect that. Those present learn they can enjoy a regular personal practice, it doesn't have to be a drag. Yoga is a priority for me and training and practicing is a top priority in my daily living. With over 1,400 hours of training and more than 1,000 hours of classes taught from Vinyasa and Kundalini to Restorative and Yin. They're are all my favorites!
