Welcome everyone.

I'm inviting you to find a comfortable seat,

Maybe on a cushion,

On a chair,

On the floor,

Remembering to have a straight back,

Firm yet relaxed,

Your shoulders falling away from the ears,

The chin slightly tucked in,

And maybe imagining that there's a string pulling you from the top of your head toward the ceiling so you can extend your spine,

Bringing space between your vertebra and then resting your hands on your thighs in your lap.
