As the title says, this meditation is made to be listened to outdoors, after a yoga practice would be the perfect occasion. But it can be done any time of day, morning, noon, or night. Because we are tapping into our sense of hearing, I recommend using a loudspeaker, or with only one earpiece. I begin by helping you connect with your senses giving you ideas to see, feel, smell, hear and taste. Then you can enjoy several minutes of silence for yourself to tune into your own present awareness.
