In this meditation we're going to relieve any stress,

Anxiety or depression with the use of our breath,

Affirmations and your mind.

Let's begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling right up and then sighing it out.

Again breathing in through the chest,

Ribs and belly and let it all go.

Feel your shoulders soften with every exhale you take and with every inhale lengthening through your spine and softening again on your exhale.

Whenever you become distracted in your meditation just take the time to accept what thoughts arise and then let them go.

Breathe in acceptance and breathe out the thoughts.

Worrying only happens when we're carrying tomorrow's burdens with today's strengths.

Yoga and meditation teaches us to deal with each day as it arises.

So begin to notice all that's around you,

Any sounds that you hear,

Any silence that you notice and then bring that attention inwards to yourself.

If you're lying or seated maybe bringing your hands to your belly and just resting as much as possible here.

Notice your next three breaths as they rise and fall on your belly.

Breathing in and out through your nose here.

Feel a sense of calm wash over you,

A sense of love from within.

Your only limits are in your mind.

So start each day with a grateful heart upon arising from your sleep.

Take a deep breath in and let that breath go and then find one or even three things to be grateful for,

Grateful for being able to hop out of bed.

Maybe you're getting out of bed to go to work or to attend your children or someone else.

Whatever it may be that you are grateful for,

Feel it from the bottom of your heart.

Don't let your inner voice dampen your shine.

Just breathe and let go of anything that no longer serves you.

Affirming to yourself now,

I am strong because I have been weak.

I am fearless because I have been afraid.

I am wise because I have been foolish.

I am me.

This is who I am.

I am enough.

I am free from stress,

Worry,

Anxiety or fear of any kind.

I am enough.

Saying it aloud to yourself if you can.

I am enough.

The positive mind will always find a way to solve a negative issue,

But a negative mind always finds a way to hold you back and pull you down.

And this time to do what makes you happy with love,

Peace and happiness.

Deep breathing helps to slow your nervous system.

Helps to wind down and calm your heart rate,

Your busy mind.

Anxiety happens when you think you have to figure everything out all at once,

But you don't.

Know that the universe has got your back and it does only want the best for you.

So when things go wrong,

Often it's because we have a lesson to learn.

What is that lesson?

That is the lesson we are being told to learn.

I encourage you to use this tool of your breath whenever you need it.

Just breathe and open up your heart.

Remember you are enough.

Breathing silently or aloud to yourself.

I am enough.

I am loved.

And I am all I need to be.

Enjoying one more deep breath here and let it go.

Thank you so much for joining me.

Namaste.
