In this practical meditation, you WILL need a bath. I now encourage you to take your time to enjoy this self-care practice. I will guide you on when to turn the tap/s on, when to hop in the bath etc. But know that you can stay in there as long as you desire. You will be guided to visualise a sense of cleansing, wash over you throughout this tranquil time. Take your time to enjoy some alone time. Repeat this whenever you have a bath or feel the desire to enjoy some 'you' time.

As you find yourself in your bathroom right now,

Notice the space,

The lighting and the mood that you want to create.

If you have any candles,

Diffusers,

Any crystals that you would like to put nearby or any that might be safe to put in the water,

Take these next couple of minutes to first of all turn the tap on and start to run your bath and then lighting those candles or whatever it might be to get you in the right space and mind frame.

A little self care time.

Perhaps popping on some gentle music.

There's going to be no music in my meditation here so you can enjoy all of the sounds that you can hear around you,

Such as the water filling the bathtub.

You can hear the sound of the water filling the bathtub.

Listen to that now even if you're still getting ready.

If you aren't already undressed,

Doing so,

If you need a pause,

Do that now.

If you need a break,

Do that now.

Listen to that now even if you're still getting ready.

If you aren't already undressed,

Doing so,

If you need a pause,

Do that now.

Once you're undressed,

Take your time to very slowly and mindfully place yourself in the bath.

You can see what leg goes in first,

The warmth or coolness of the temperature that you've made the bath to be.

You're so gently making your way all the way in,

Submersing yourself in this beautiful bath and space.

Notice how deeply you are submerged in the water.

You're so gently making your way in.

As the water's still running,

You'll be turned the tap.

If you can,

I'd like you to lay back into your bath,

Keeping your head above the water.

Keep sinking as low as comfortable.

Closing off your eyes.

Keeping your eyes closed.

See if you can feel or even just notice what parts of your body are above the water or submerged below the water.

Can you feel the trace of line around your body and skin?

The water kisses.

Can you feel the water?

Can you feel it on the wrap?

See if you can feel it on your rag?

Can you feel it in your clothes?

Quicker and easier,

If one42 an hour,

Is better for this of having a lot of Π²Ρ€Π΅ΠΌΠ΅Π½ΠΈ.

On top of one-off you can see the verified energy levels of your core,

All the below the surface.

Just the weight of your legs.

See if you can relax them.

If you've got any salts in your bath you might notice that you float quite easily.

Relax your legs.

Your knees and your hips become heavy.

Allow the gravity of water to help you float or sink.

Notice your hips.

Whether it's touching the base of your bath or not.

Is your belly relaxed or tense?

You might want to hold yourself upright a little bit.

Notice where your arms are.

Place them somewhere that is comfortable.

Whether that be over your chest or belly.

Water floating or under your hips to keep them submerged.

Maybe you'd even like to reach over your head,

Placing your hands into laced behind your neck to support the head.

Whatever it is,

Just find a comfortable position that suits you here right now.

Notice your neck.

Are you holding it upright?

If so,

Can you relax your head by tilting it back and resting it on something,

Whether it be the bath or a wall,

Depending on the shape of your bathtub,

How restful this practice will be.

Your eyes still closed.

Take a few big breaths.

We're going to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.

When you're ready,

Take a long breath in through the nose,

Fill the belly.

You can sigh it out through the mouth.

Again,

In through the nose.

Sigh it out.

One more breath in.

Slowly let it go.

Reel yourself,

Surrender and soften.

Firm,

Silently to yourself.

Relax my body.

Relax my mind.

I am safe and happy I am safe and happy right where I am.

Your eyes still closed.

Visualise the bath water.

Sparkling.

Crystal clear,

Pure water.

We'll do healing and loving energies.

Every drop of water in this bath is sending you this love and healing from the outside in.

It will nourish you,

Hold you and kiss you.

You are exactly where you need to be right now.

You are in the right place.

No external thoughts or worries that might come to mind.

Just be present.

Anytime your mind wanders off come back to this room.

Notice the water around you.

Maybe the aromas you can smell in the air.

The feeling of lightness in your body.

Carry that lightness through into your mind as well.

Impure thoughts.

The past decisions you make or have made.

Know that this water you lie in is cleansing these away.

You are in the right place.

You are in the right place.

The lie in is cleansing these away.

I need you now to affirm as well that this water is pure and clear.

This water I lay in cleanses my body,

Mind and soul.

Any past or future decisions are made with purpose to serve my highest good.

This water is a very feminine,

Pure source for Mother Nature.

Know that she can heal all wounds if we allow her to.

Help us to set that intention and allow her into our life to do so.

Anytime you need to feel cleansed perhaps calm down from any anger,

Frustration or negative feelings and emotions as such.

Run yourself a bath or surround yourself in water or around water.

It will instantly bring you back to a more loving,

Centred self.

Notice already this time you've spent in the bath and how different you feel compared to when you first began.

I welcome you to stay here for as long as you need to.

Any length of time spent here is going to be beautifully healing not just your mind but your body as well.

Enjoy the rest of your bath my friend.

I will speak to you again soon.

Namaste.
