Cleanse The Heart Chakra

In this heart chakra practice, we will perform self-healing reiki. For non-qualified reiki meditators, not to worry you will still get a beautiful healing and sense of relief. I will guide you on what signs to look for in a blocked heart chakra and what you can do to unblock it. I have lots of other meditations for you to follow if you wish.
