Our meditation for today is all about love.

Practice and visualize unconditional love and start with yourself.

Begin today's falling in love with love meditation by getting in a comfortable position.

Start by honoring your body and being comfortable and safe and warm,

Relaxed.

Take a moment to appreciate the Holy Trinity of you,

Your divine spirit,

And your miraculous mind.

Begin by taking three long slow deep breaths together.

First long slow deep breath in and release.

Deep breath in and release.

And the third magic deep breath in and release.

Let's begin today by choosing a color that represents love.

This could be the green of your heart chakra.

It could be yellow like sunshine and happiness.

It could be the traditional pink or even white for purity.

Choose any color you like that aligns with the feeling of unconditional love and bring that color to mind.

Unconditional love begins with you.

Understanding how precious and worthy and deserving you are.

Filling up the vessel that is you with love and calm and peace.

Becoming a light that shines on,

Eliminates,

Warms and enriches everyone that comes around you.

Picture that your body is bathed in the light of the color that you chose.

You can picture this as a beam coming from the heavens,

A spotlight that touches every part of you.

Or as a beautiful aura that lingers around you.

Whatever feels right and fun and aligned with you to imagine,

This beautiful light is you.

This is true spirit and unconditional love flowing to and through you.

And you are the source.

The source of this amazing,

Nurturing,

Loving energy.

Feel what it feels like to be unconditionally loved.

To know that no matter what,

You are wrapped in the warm arms of a loving universe that always has your best interest in mind.

There's nothing you can do or say that will change this love for you.

Absolutely and completely unconditional.

No judgment,

No criticism.

Only praise and love and support.

Now bring to mind the people that you see the most,

That are most intimate in your lives.

Imagine that they enter the room and are instantly bathed in and included in the beautiful light of love that you've seen.

When you see them,

All you see is this light.

All you feel is your love for them.

Feel the power of choosing.

The way you see the world,

The way you see these precious things.

Now bring to mind the next layer of your community,

Maybe extended family,

Maybe friends.

Picture them bathed in the beautiful light that is you and your unconditional love.

See yourself as the source for limitless joy,

Warmth,

Compassion,

Kindness.

Feel how amazing it feels to be in this feeling of acceptance,

Belonging,

Connection.

Now expand this feeling to the entire world.

Imagine the feeling of being able to look on anyone in the entire world and feel only love and grace,

Kindness,

Compassion.

Always seeing their light.

Always enforcing their worthiness.

Always celebrating our oneness.

Remember this feeling.

Bring this feeling to mind in every interaction that you have throughout your day.

Keep this color in mind.

Visualize the people in your life bathed in this color that represents love and praise,

Unconditional acceptance.

Keep this feeling with you as we close today's meditation with three long,

Slow,

Deep breaths in together.

First breath in.

Release.

Second breath in.

And release.

The third magic long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

And release.

And release.
