We are inviting any frequency of peace that has always existed within you.

Soften your shoulders,
And let's gently guide your energy back into a beautiful state of balance and centeredness.

Alright,
My beautiful friend,
We'll begin by tapping together on the side of hand point.
Taking a slow,
Gentle breath in through the nose and out through the mouth as you repeat after me.
Even when I feel anxious,
I honor any emotions that rise,
Knowing they are just energy moving through me.
Beautiful my love,
Slow breath in,
Slow breath out as you begin tapping through the points at your own pace and rhythm,
Tapping,
Breathing,
And repeating after me.
With every breath I breathe,
I invite in more ease.
I give myself permission to soften into this moment.
I allow the tension in my body to melt away.
And I expand my capacity to feel more calm in my body.
Even as I feel the energy of anxiety flowing through my body,
I imagine a beautiful golden light beginning to swirl all around me.
I feel my shoulders soften and drop down.
I feel the muscles in my lower belly relax and expand as I take a deep breath.
I am not my thoughts.
Even when my thoughts are rooted in reality,
They are not always my highest truth.
So I allow my heart to guide me home to myself and my greatest truths.
Even when there is chaos in the world around me,
Within me,
Everything is okay.
I breathe in peace,
And I breathe out anything I no longer need.

Take a slow breath in through the nose and out through the mouth as you let it go.
And tapping on the next point,
Take another slow,
Expansive breath in through the nose and out through the mouth as you let it go.
And again on the next point,
One more slow,
Expansive breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Continuing to tap and repeat after me.
My breath is my anchor,
Always guiding me back to my calm center.
I trust that everything is going to be okay,
And I release my mind's need to figure it all out.
I am safe here in this moment.
I am safe here in this body.
I release all of the anxiety I've been feeling in my body,
And I feel a gentle energy of calm begin to flow from my heart space,
Down into my arms and my hands,
Flowing down into my belly and into my hips as I feel my entire upper body soften and relax.
I feel the gentle energy of calm traveling deeper down into my thighs and my knees,
Into my calves and my feet,
Into each and every toe as all of the muscles throughout my body soften and relax.
It is safe to sink deeper into this feeling.
It is safe to carry this feeling forward with me throughout the rest of today,
Regardless of how today unfolds.
I will remember that this feeling always exists here within me.
Everything else is fleeting,
But this feeling of calm within me is infinite.
It is always here.
And when I notice my awareness stirring up anxious feelings and thoughts,
I will remember that I can tap and breathe and come right back here.
I am rooted like a strong ancient tree,
Steady,
Unshaken,
And deeply supported.
I embrace the stillness within me.
It has always been here.
My nervous system is resetting and recalibrating to a state of balance.
Right now,
In this moment,
I am exactly where I am meant to be.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth,

As you complete this round of tapping,
And then allow your hand to float to your lap as you close your eyes,
Taking several slow,
Expansive breaths here.
Allow yourself to slow down here in this space,
In the after,
As you breathe.
Allow your energy to move and shift and flow as you allow everything from this experience to integrate,
Noticing how calm your body feels now,
Grounding into that energy.
