Hello my beautiful friend, Welcome to your divine remembering and alignment meditation to guide you into greater harmony with the divine frequency of life, The divine frequency that is you, And the frequency that will guide you into greatest alignment with your intuition as you move through the rest of your day. As you begin to slow down here, Close your eyes, Guiding your awareness back to your world, To the world within you that feels most deeply like home. As you slow down here, Deep in your breath, Feeling your breath begin to slow and expand within your body, Taking several slow, Expansive breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. As you slow down and breathe, Feel your awareness drop more fully into your body, As you feel a greater sense of wholeness and expanded awareness with every breath you breathe. As you come home to the divine energy and frequency that is you, Your awareness begins to expand beyond the mind, Beyond the body, Beyond the place and space around you. Your awareness begins to expand back into the infinite essence that is you. Your awareness begins to stretch and expand back throughout time and space and into the infinite spaciousness of the cosmos and the universe that you now live within. Allow your awareness to gently drop down into your heart space, This powerful portal within you. You may imagine a beautiful light in the mind, The very center of your head space, And like a flashlight, Imagine directing that light all the way down into your heart space, To your heart center. As you become fully aware of this powerful portal within you, My love, You become aware of a doorway, A portal right there within your heart space, This doorway, This portal that reconnects you with your powerful divine essence and energy. Notice the shape of this doorway, This doorway that your soul knows and remembers well. Notice what color it is. Notice what size it is, How big or how small it is. Notice any doorknob or handle or how this doorway, This portal opens as you allow yourself to get a little closer. Notice any other details about this sacred portal that you may not have noticed already. As you prepare for this door to open, Take a slow, Gentle breath in through your nose and out through your mouth as the door opens and you step through, My love, Finding yourself floating in the infinite spaciousness of the cosmos, Finding, Feeling yourself floating in a space of infinite darkness, Glittered with light all around you, A space that feels deeply and incredibly safe, A space that feels both familiar and new all at once. Breathe in this space as you feel a powerful energy of love and peace begin to flow throughout your body and your being. Here in this space, You feel free. Here in this space, You remember what it feels like to truly be infinite. Here within this space, You feel your awareness expanding, Growing larger and larger as you come home to the divine knowing, The intuitive clarity, The lifetimes of answers and wisdom and knowledge that you carry within you. This sacred place is where you come to realign and remember. As you take a slow, Gentle breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, Notice as rays, Beams of light begin to shine towards you as though you are the center of the sun and all of the rays are coming back to you. They may be the same color. They may be lots of different colors. However you experience it is perfect and true. As these beams of light, Energy and frequency reach you, You feel the energy of each light, Each color infused with divine harmony and highest service of your greatest alignment begin flowing throughout your body and your being, Weaving throughout you, Guiding your body and your energetic frequency into greater harmony with the infinite nature of your soul, Your divine energetic frequency. Take several gentle breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth as you allow this beautiful energetic alignment to integrate within every cell of your body and your being. Breathing easily as you feel a greater sense of peace and calm within your body and your being, Feeling a greater sense of connection with the divine energy of life, Feeling, Sensing your vibration rising, Shifting, Changing, Feeling a greater sense of trust in the divine unfolding of your life and in your own intuitive knowing that guides you through this day. Here in this space you remember that you don't need all of the answers to all of the questions you hold right now. Here in this space you remember what it feels like to simply trust in the right next step you feel your soul tugging you to take. Here in this space you remember what it feels like to trust in the mystery and the magic and the unknown uncertainty of the unfolding of today. Here in this space you feel a sense of eagerness and excitement for all that the rest of today holds for you even though it feels unknown. Take a gentle breath in through your nose and out through your mouth as you anchor in this connection. Take another slow gentle breath in through your nose and out through your mouth as you allow this remembering, This wisdom, This knowing to rise within your body and your being, Alchemizing, Integrating on a deep energetic and unconscious level, Knowing and trusting that as you move through the rest of your day you carry this feeling forward with you. Knowing that you have everything that you need, Feeling that this is complete for now, Feel your awareness guide you back through the doorway, Back through the portal and into your heart center. As your awareness suddenly reconnects with your breath, Your body, Your physical form, Breathing deeply as your awareness comes fully back to your body in this moment, Feeling the shift, The change, The transformation of your energy that you now move with through the rest of your day. My love, As you move forward, Remember how infinite and expansive you truly are. Remember that this life is truly a divine weaving unfolding in highest service of you and the space of peace and knowing and divine alignment always exists within you. It is only ever a breath away. So take a slow, Gentle breath in through your nose and out through your mouth as you slowly and gently open your eyes and come back into your space. Trust the unfolding of your day, My love. You are right where you need to be.
