So I welcome you to today's sensory guided visualization experience.

I invite you to begin just getting into a comfortable position here,

Crossing your legs,

Your hands,

Your arms,

Ensuring that you're in a place where your head and your neck,

Your back,

Your legs just feel so very supported.

You're able to just simply sit or lie down.

Feel as though you could just let your body relax deeper and deeper throughout this experience here.

Taking a moment to allow for any movements as you settle into this comfortable place.

Moving any energy,

Perhaps rolling your shoulders,

Giving a little stretch to your fingers,

To your toes.

Slowly sinking into your breath,

Noticing the rising and the falling of your chest.

Each and every breath,

Noticing as your rib cage expands with each and every inhale,

Just allowing it to expand as much as it can,

Feeling your lungs expand here in the rib cage.

With it.

Noticing with each and every exhale,

To go deeper and deeper into a relaxed state.

Simply allowing the sound of my voice to take you deeper and deeper,

To a state of relaxation here.

Allowing any outside noises,

Well,

To just simply guide you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Noticing again the rising and the falling of your chest,

With each and every breath.

Noticing again that expansion of your rib cage.

As you breathe in this beautiful nourishing,

This beautifully wet vitality,

Beautiful air,

Bringing a new energy,

A new relaxing,

Nourishing energy to your body,

Not only to your lungs,

But all the way from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

Just allowing yourself to feel what it feels like to invite this new beautiful leaf,

Nourishing,

Peaceful,

Feeling air into your body.

In a moment,

I will guide you through three deep breaths,

And as I guide you through these three deep breaths,

I invite you to just visualize and imagine with each of these three inhales that you're just simply breathing in,

Just nourishing,

Revitalizing,

Beautiful oxygen and energy,

But you can also begin to visualize this beautiful blue air,

This beautiful blue light,

As I guide you through these three deep inhales.

I invite you as well,

As I guide you through these three deep breaths,

To just simply picture any aches,

Any pains,

Any stagnant energy,

Any stress or worries,

The gray air that you exhale that simply fades away from your body,

Out into the air,

That with each and every breath that you take in will be this new beautiful blue,

Like a crystal blue,

Revitalizing,

Nourishing,

Beautiful energy.

Taking this first deep breath here,

Holding this beautiful blue air,

Your lungs feeling as if spreading to all parts of your body,

As in exhaling slowly now,

Visualizing and feeling as all the tension,

Stress,

Discomfort,

Aches and pains just slowly leaves the body now.

Breathing in this second deep breath,

This deep inhale,

Seeing this beautiful blue light,

That fills from your lungs to the top of your head,

Down your arms,

Your chest,

Your torso to your hips,

All the way down your legs,

The tips of your toes now,

Feeling this vital life force energy,

Holding it in your lungs,

In your body here,

Before you take your exhale,

Breathing out any tension,

Any stress,

Any aches,

Pains,

Discomfort,

Any stuck energy,

Noticing as the exhale become a little bit lighter now,

The smoky gray air.

Taking this third deep breath,

Feeling,

If you visualize this beautiful blue light force energy,

Just simply filling the body now,

Feeling its calm,

Nourishing energy,

Holding this in your body,

Knowing it's going to stay with you from here on out,

And just taking that last long exhale,

Noticing as the smoky gray breath begins to turn to clear,

Noticing all the stress and tension and aches and pains and stagnant energy just simply leaving the body,

Just watching it melt away as you return your breath to its natural state.

Feeling this common tube and anning energy throughout each and every part of your body,

Perhaps bringing your attention now to the top of your head,

Noticing as a cool,

Calm relaxation begins moving down the top of your head,

The back of your ears,

The back of your neck,

Down your shoulders,

Feeling this relaxation,

Just move down your arms now to the tips of your fingers,

Feeling almost as if it's a cooling sensation,

Perhaps feeling as though this cool,

Relaxing wave of energy is just moving from the top of your head all the way down to your neck,

Your shoulders,

The tips of your fingers now down to the top of your back,

Feeling like a cool wave as it simply moves from your upper back to your middle back,

To your lower back now,

Feeling the same calm,

Relaxing,

Nourishing energy,

Moves down,

Passing your hips,

The backs of your leg,

Relaxing your knees,

Your calf,

Your ankle,

Along the bottoms of your feet all the way now to the tips of your toes,

Feeling as if this beautifully cool,

Relaxing calm,

Rejuvenating energy,

Just move down your entire back of your body like a cool,

Crisp wave,

Bringing the same energy back to the top of your head now,

Noticing the front of your head to your forehead,

Feeling this cool energy,

Relaxing your tiny muscles in your forehead,

Your eyebrows,

The sides of your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Perhaps down the front of your nose here,

To your jaw,

Upper lip,

Feeling this wave of relaxation here,

Moves down from your jaw to your chin,

To your neck,

And back to your clavicle,

To your chest,

Feeling this relaxation move from the pecs,

To the ribs,

The stomach,

To the hips,

Feeling this calm,

Cool wave of relaxation,

Begins to move now to the front of the legs,

The knees,

Down your shins,

To the fronts of your ankles,

Tops of your feet,

All the way down to the hips of your toes now,

Feeling this total sense,

Calming,

Cooling,

Relaxation,

Noticing,

Relaxing nature of your body and your mind,

Noticing calmness in your breath,

Noticing this revitalized life force energy,

It's a part of you in your heart,

Your mind,

Your body,

And as you continue to invite in,

Create a sense of calm and peace and ease with each and every breath,

You take,

Just begin,

And invite this peace,

This energy to simply stay with you in your mind,

Your body,

Trusting in yourself,

Trusting in your subconscious mind to know that it is here,

That it is a part of you,

Something that you can tap into,

Connect back to your intuition,

Using it as a light force for when you know it's time to rest,

Keep this energy for yourself and use it to nourish your body and mind,

Using it as a way to connect back to your body,

Release some tension from your mind,

Allowing it to be a guiding light,

The ebbs and flows of your everyday life,

Just like when the unexpected appears,

When you find yourself riding an incredible high top of your wave,

As you begin to experience any other energy that might,

Any other energy that might not,

Keep you riding that wave,

Pride of confidence,

Heart centered nature,

Just knowing that this light force energy,

Does not only have to be shared with other people around you,

Begin to experience your heart,

Your kindness,

The impact that you make on their lives,

But mostly,

You can keep this for yourself,

Allowing yourself to have that extra level of protection,

Against the external forces or the people,

The places,

The things that perhaps,

Might be trying to pull down that wave,

And just take a moment here,

To really imagine,

The scenario that's happened in the past,

Or is currently happening in your life,

An event that perhaps you're bracing yourself for,

Something,

You felt,

You fear the feeling of being in a place,

Where your energy might not feel,

Completely aligned to the place that you want to be,

The place that you love,

The feelings that you love,

The pride that you have for yourself,

Just think of this time,

This event might look like,

I invite you to just simply visualize yourself in this moment,

This event,

Just visualize yourself,

Putting up this beautiful blue shield,

This blue light shield,

Just like the one,

You inhaled during those three deep breaths,

Visualize yourself existing in this moment,

The beautiful blue lights around in your body,

The top of your head,

The tip of your toes,

Just noticing yourself,

Your energy,

Feeling protected,

In this moment,

Feeling as if you get to keep your energy,

Your emotion,

The way you want,

The confidence and peace,

Knowing that no matter what else is going on around you,

You have this beautiful light protecting you,

Your beautiful heart,

Your kindness and peace,

And you're exactly where you're meant to be,

The ebb and the flow of exactly what you're meant to be experiencing at this moment in time,

Feeling a sense of peace,

Simply knowing the ebbs and the flows,

And continue to happen as they always will,

There may be things that happen beyond your control,

When you feel like you've been putting so much energy towards something,

Perhaps start receiving it back,

Still in this moment,

In each and every moment,

That you can carry this light force energy with you,

That it surrounds you and protects you,

Simply just feeling this trust within yourself,

That you exist in a moment,

Might feel like a down,

But in fact,

You carry this new sense of neutrality,

Confidence and peace and ease,

You go through each and every season for a reason,

Sometimes just because the flower hasn't bloomed yet,

Doesn't mean the leaf won't begin to grow first,

That new seeds can begin to grow to new flowers,

It just might take some time,

Some times to grow,

Knowing with each and every effort that you make,

Every seed that you sow,

The energy that you put into the things,

The people,

The places that you love,

Just setting all those beautiful foundations with such intention,

Just heart centered love and appreciation,

That you can just find this confidence,

This knowingness,

Even if there are times of waiting and things might not be happening just as quickly,

As you had hoped or dreamed or imagined,

But perhaps you just knew completely unexpected things around the corner,

Perhaps even more amazing than you ever could have imagined in the first place,

Taking a moment to really truly feel this beautiful sense of knowingness in your mind,

Your heart,

Your body,

Your gut,

Taking a moment to just simply continue to breathe in this beautiful life force energy,

Feeling it,

Perhaps visualizing these moments again with a new perspective,

Taking a moment of silence here to just allow all these beautiful affirmations to slowly soak your mind,

Your body and heart,

This is the moment you will feel the presence of your mind,

Your heart,

Your body,

Your gut,

This is the moment you will feel the presence of your mind,

Your heart,

Your gut,

This is the moment you will feel the presence of your mind,

Your gut,

This is the moment you will feel the presence of your mind,

Your heart,

Your gut,

Just taking a moment here to just thank your subconscious mind,

Thank you subconscious mind so so much for showing me exactly what it is I need to feel and see and experience here today,

Just allow me to simply carry this life force energy in a new way,

It's now a part of me,

Protects me,

And these adds and flows and the unexpected things happening all around me,

I get to carry this beautiful life force energy with me in my subconscious mind,

It's a part of me,

Protects me,

And loves me so so much,

Thank you subconscious mind for making this so incredibly possible,

Just take a moment here to just simply connect back to that breath,

Noticing the rising and the falling of your chest once again,

Noticing the expansion of your ribs,

The contraction of your ribs with each and every breath,

Feeling the sense,

Vitality,

Rejuvenated energy,

Calm,

Cool and collected,

Just knowing this will call me to stay with you,

And always connect it back to your breath and see,

Noticing that rise in all of your chest or the expansion of your ribs into every breath,

And in a moment,

We'll count up from 0 to 5 and at the count of 5 you will be wide awake,

Completely out of the sleep-like state,

Feeling better than you have in a very long time,

0 going deeper still,

1 feeling calm at ease,

2,

Rejuvenated energy,

2,

Feeling as if to keep this calmness,

This neutrality with you always,

3,

Becoming more and more aware of your surroundings,

4,

Feeling as if you're washing your face with cool spring water,

And 5,

Eyes wide open,

Wide awake,

Completely out of the sleep-like state,

Feeling better than you have in a very,

Very long time.
