Take a moment here by getting into a comfortable position. Uncrossing your legs, Your arms either lying down or sitting up in a position that's really comfortable for you. Just allowing your body to give a little stretch before we settle into a position of rest and relaxation. Perhaps rolling your shoulders or your neck, Your arms, Your fingers. Just with your next breath settling into this comfortable position. Eyes closed, The openness to your heart and your mind knowing that whatever it is you experience in this guided visualization exercise, Whatever you experience is exactly what your subconscious mind is wanting you to see and just trusting in your subconscious mind to show you exactly what it is you need. I invite you to just bring your attention up to the top of your head, Noticing the tiny hairs on the top of your head, The muscles in your face, The back of your neck, Even just the tiny wrinkles around your eyes, Your mouth. Allowing a sense of relaxation to just slowly melt down from the top of your head here to your eyes, Your cheeks, To your lips, Your jaw, Your ears, The back of the neck. Feeling any tension here just slowly melting away as if it's evaporating into thin air, As if this tension is just being replaced by calm relaxation, Feeling this deepness, Just relax each and every breath. Just bringing your attention now to your throat, Beginning to visualize a beautiful rosy colored light, Visualizing it as it just begins to surround your head, Just noticing as it begins to form into an orb-like ball, Just visualizing this within your mind's eye here. Moment just noticing this ball as it's floating just in front of your face, Just beginning to notice, Feeling in your throat, Just opening up this beautiful throat chakra here, Throat chakra knowing that it allows you to speak your mind and say your worth, Just beginning to open up this throat chakra to different possibilities, Just beginning to visualize this beautiful rose-colored light, This orb as it begins to connect to your throat, Just visualizing this or feeling this, I'm not sure, Whatever feels good for you, Feeling and seeing this beautiful rosy light as it connects to your throat, Beginning to notice it as it just shoots off into the sky connected to your throat and out into the world, Feeling this new sense of openness in your throat, In your throat, Feeling this confidence, This calmness, This ease, Knowing with this openness in your throat chakra that you can not only communicate exactly what it is you mean but also being able to find the words to say them out loud, Not just say them for the sake of saying them, But saying them with confidence, With self-trust, With love, With gratitude, All within the bounds of what it is that you believe in, Knowing that any words you speak are rooted in compassion only for others, Knowing that whatever you say will be felt by the world around you, But also knowing that first and foremost that you're speaking beautiful rose-colored light to just begin to move down your body, Your shoulders, Feeling this sense of relaxation as it moves down your arms, Allowing this beautiful rose-colored light to just simply push any tension away, It dissolves, Feeling this beautiful rose-colored light as it moves down now your arms, Your wrists down to the tips of your fingers, Feeling this new charge and energy and confidence, Giving yourself permission just to relax here, Right in, Just noticing this beautiful rose light and energy moving down now from your chest, Moving down your back, Your upper back to the middle back, Lower back, Coming to your abdomen, Past your hips, Allowing any tension here to just slowly melt away, Feeling this beautiful relaxation in its place and feeling this beautiful rose safe, I'm going to take you to every step that you take in a moment as I guide you towards this clearing in the meadow, Notice on yourself, Deeper and deeper with each and every step, First step through this brush, Feeling calm and at ease, Two, Feeling a sense of clarity and knowingness that you're so drawn to this space, Taking a third step here closer to this clearing, Four, Another step, And five, Finding yourself now within this open space in this beautiful clearing in this meadow, A blanket that's been waiting for you, Some sort of comfort, You can just lie down in the space right What it is you want to invite into your world, Just letting the universe know exactly, Within your mind's eye, The top of your lungs, This beautiful meadow where no one can hear you and perhaps the people in the next town might hear you, I'm not sure, Just knowing that you are free here to speak your mind, To share, To yell out loud, To find your voice, This meadow and rejoin the rest of the world outside of your mind's eye, You can find the same voice, To share with love and compassion, With confidence, Knowing that whatever it is that you do and show up with, That you're stepping out and doing whatever is in your heart, That you are sharing whatever is in your heart, No second guessing, No apologies, Just like this same experience right here right now within your mind's eye, Just
