You can now begin to close your eyes and focus in on your breath.
I invite you to visualize a beautiful gold light that you're inhaling with each and every breath.
As you exhale these three deep breaths that are about to come,
You can visualize any tension,
Stresses.
Just leaving your body in a gray,
Smoky light.
Now I invite you to take this first deep breath here.
Breathing in slowly,
Filling those lungs with a beautiful gold air.
Just holding this breath at the top.
And now exhaling any stresses,
Any tension,
Any discomfort from the mind,
From the body.
Taking a second deep breath here.
Again,
Just visualizing this beautiful gold light.
This calm,
This ease,
Just filling your lungs,
Filling the rest of your body with this beautiful gold light.
Holding this breath at the top.
Now exhaling very slowly,
Feeling more calm,
More comfortable.
Wherever it is you're lying or sitting,
Just feeling so relaxed.
Taking a third deep breath here.
For a final time,
Visualizing yourself breathing in this beautiful gold air,
This beautiful gold light.
This time it fills your body all the way up to the crown of your head,
To the tips of your toes.
Holding this breath here.
And exhaling now very slowly,
Feeling any speckle,
Any remaining tension,
Distraction.
Just simply leaving the body,
Allowing your breath to come back to its regular pace.
Feeling with these breaths this gold light as it remains in your body.
Feeling your lungs,
Your heart,
Your head,
Your stomach.
Just sinking deeper into this breath.
Allowing you to feel so calm and at ease and just this sense of mental and physical relaxation.
And I invite you now within your subconscious mind,
This very comfortable place,
Full of so much to discover.
You may notice a beautiful arched doorway with a beautiful wooden door.
And on this door you may notice a brass handle that just looks so inviting.
You're not quite sure yet perhaps what's on the other side of the door but you can know that you'll be safe there,
Wherever that is.
So you can go ahead now and open this door.
Take a step through the doorway.
Just take a moment to just soak in where you are.
Think about looking for any sights,
Symbols,
Sounds,
Anything that might be familiar or something that you're seeing for the first time.
Perhaps you find yourself on a beautiful beach,
Within an enchanted forest,
Perhaps in a home or a cottage that you visited before,
I'm not quite sure.
But wherever you are you can just know that you're safe.
You're feeling calm,
Perhaps curious.
Just take a moment here to really sense what's around you.
If there's anything happening off in the distance,
Close by,
Just remind yourself that they might be there for a reason,
They might not be,
And that's okay too.
And wherever it is you are,
I just invite you now to just begin to create and visualize a beautiful big bubble that surrounds your body,
All the way from the top of your head to in front,
Behind,
Beside,
On either side,
This beautiful bubble that's your bubble,
This beautiful space that's just for you and nothing else as of now.
Perhaps you feel safe and comfortable here,
Perhaps you feel neutral and still.
As you begin to look around this bubble,
You can start to see anything that was on the outside of this bubble just slowly fade away.
You may notice here on this bubble,
Some things just on the outer edge that are trying to get through.
Perhaps now might be the time where you can invite in these things that you want to bring into your life,
That you're ready to bring into your bubble,
That are here to support you,
That are here to bring you to new levels of abundance,
That are here to bring all your wildest dreams to life,
These things that you're not only ready to attract but to accept and truly feel what they would feel like already existing in this bubble that you've created,
Your very bubble.
You might start to see them slowly coming in one by one.
Maybe there's some sort of projections or writings or pictures or colors that are showing up on this bubble.
Perhaps you don't see anything at all,
But you can just feel what it feels like to have these things here with you,
To invite them in and know what it's like to have them be yours.
Just take a minute here.
Just feel all of these things.
Now just feeling all of these beautiful things within your bubble,
The things that you wish for the world,
You wish for your life,
For your relationship.
You can just thank them for being here.
Thank you for coming into my bubble.
Thank you for being mine.
Thank you so much for being here for me.
Just take a moment to truly feel this deep sense of gratitude and love towards all of these things,
To really feel what it's like to know they're yours and that they exist now here in this bubble with you.
Thank you all for showing up here within my bubble,
For being mine.
I accept these things into my life now or something better.
For the higher good,
For my highest self,
For all concerned.
As you feel this gratitude,
You begin to feel this bubble,
The walls of this bubble slowly start to dissolve.
That's totally okay because you no longer need them to keep out the things that are not going to be meant for you,
The things that you do not want to bring into your life.
And even without them,
Those things that you want to have in your life that are already happening for you,
They'll just continue to exist around you,
Showing up in ways that perhaps you hadn't expected in the first place.
But knowing that all of these things are absolutely here to be yours,
Just feeling this deep sense of knowingness,
Acceptance,
Of gratitude,
Of love.
You feel what it's like without those barriers to just feel these things,
Accept them into your heart,
Your mind.
In a moment here,
I will begin counting up from zero to five,
But on the count of five,
You will be wide awake and feeling better than you have in a very,
Very long time.
One,
Going deeper still.
Two,
Feeling so calm,
So clear,
So at ease,
So accepting of what's to come.
Three,
Four,

Wide awake,
Feeling better than you have in a very long time.
You feel what it's like without those barriers to just feel these things,
Understanding that you are not here to be.
