If you are in a place where you aren’t sure whether or not you have been making decisions based on fear or from your intuition, take time for introspection to pause and check in with yourself using this reflective audio.

With a culture and world where productivity seem to be measures of success,

It can be very likely that we're also programmed to make decisions out of fear,

Perhaps out of the fear of missing out,

The fear of not getting things done in time,

Or of being behind.

Perhaps your fear looks a little different or sounds a little different,

Perhaps embedded in your deepest of fears is still a desire for something,

Whether it's recognition or getting that promotion or becoming visible or just consistency in your life,

Security,

Whatever it is,

I can share with you that although fear can sometimes be useful for us to recognize what it is we don't want to lose or what we really value or desire,

Can be even more strength and power and confidence for us to experience.

We take action from a place of love,

Action from a place of trusting in ourselves and our intuitions,

And so I encourage you to just take a moment,

Make a quick list in your mind or even writing them down,

These things in your current present time that you feel like you just have to do,

Perhaps you might even feel excited to do them,

To go through the process of experiencing them or achieving them,

Just taking a moment to check in and ask yourself,

Am I making this decision or am I willing to take this action because my intuition feels so very aligned and I feel like doing this thing truly aligns to my heart or am I deciding to take action or achieve this thing based on a fear that I have,

A fear of missing out,

Not acting quickly enough or perhaps even from a place where I don't achieve or experience or do this thing and experience some judgment from the people that I love.

Take a moment to really check in,

Try to shed and let go of the idea that absolutely have to take action at all,

Perhaps finding the space to take a walk or try something new,

Get creative or simply meditate can invite in more space for new possibilities to happen and in fact without that space of taking a step back from what it is you think you should be doing based on that fear,

This is exactly how you take that time to check in with yourself,

To reconnect to your intuition,

Really truly begin to imagine new possibilities for a life of love,

A life you can confidently take and make decisions based on this confidence that you keep inside of yourself.

This may invite fears,

Limiting beliefs to no longer have a place here.
