I invite you to just get into a comfortable position here,
Whether it's lying down or staying seated in a place where your neck,
Your back,
Your legs,
Your feet,
Even your head just feels so very supported.
A place of comfort.
Just allowing yourself for the next few moments to really just wiggle around,
Maybe move around some energy in your body to just get into a place where any tension that you're holding in your body is feeling even more at ease.
Settling into a comfortable place.
Just noticing as you close your eyes,
Begin to focus on your breath.
Just notice how you become more deeply relaxed with each and every moment.
Simply noticing that breath and the falling and rising of your chest.
You inhale and exhale.
Just allowing the sound of my voice to guide you deeper and deeper into a place of relaxation and calm and ease into a space where you can prepare your mind and your body to just simply be,
Simply relax and begin to invite any worry,
Any thoughts of overwhelm,
Any negative or extremely energizing or positive emotions to just simply fade away for a moment.
You can begin just bringing this attention still to your breath.
Noticing again the rising and the falling of your chest.
Noticing the extension of your ribs.
They move outwards each and every inhale.
Just noticing with each and every exhale how any tension can slowly leave the body with each and every breath.
Noticing this breath.
I'll invite you in a moment to follow me for three deep breaths as I guide you through these three deep breaths.
As you inhale through the nose and you feel the expansion of the ribs,
I invite you to visualize a beautiful white light that you'll inhale with each and every inhale and as you exhale as I guide you through these three deep breaths.
Just begin to visualize any tension,
Any insecurity,
Any overwhelm or underwhelm.
Slowly leave the body visualizing this as a gray light.
At the end of the third breath,
I invite you to notice as your breath this exhale turns from this smoky gray light out into a clear and then bright white light just like the one you inhaled.
So you can go ahead now taking this first deep breath inhaling through the nose this beautiful white light feeling as it fills the lungs and expands your ribs outwards.
Noticing as it fills the body with this beautiful sense of calm and ease.
Holding this breath here for a moment and exhaling very slowly now.
Visualizing and noticing this murky gray air as you exhale any tension,
Any anxieties or stresses just slowly watching them and feeling them fade away taking the second deep breath here.
Visualizing this beautiful white light as it not only fills your lungs this time it fills the rest of your body.
First moving to the top of your head down your arms the tips of your fingers holding this breath for a moment before exhaling very slowly feeling again any tension,
Any stress,
Any overwhelm or overwhelm just simply leaving the body noticing already that this exhale breath is becoming more clear every second.
Taking a third deep breath here breathing in through the nose and feeling and seeing this beautiful white light as it not only fills to the top of your head this time the tips of your toes filling every inch of your body now.
Holding this breath for a moment before exhaling this third last deep exhale noticing finally as this exhale breath turns from gray to clear to this beautiful white light this beautiful healing energy just noticing as your breath returns to normal.
Just how this feeling of a new energy within your body begins to feel noticing how focusing on your breath simply is allowing you just to connect back with you perhaps connect back to nothing perhaps you might see any of the thoughts that you've been having lately the occasions or moments that might have caught you off guard or just felt a little misaligned for whatever reason perhaps you just begin to notice them perhaps they're just passing you by perhaps they don't have to stay with you or stick around you so if you begin to notice anything like this you can just simply notice them just as quickly passing by perhaps floating away just turning back inwards to your breath noticing with each and every inhale each and every exhale how just beginning to feel a different energy your body and your mind I invite you to just begin to imagine imagine this beautiful fluffy white cloud just as pure as the white that you envisioned with each and every inhale and deep breath bright white light comfy cozy cloud just begins to surround your body here in your mind's eye you just simply envision this beautiful white cloud as it wraps around your body like a great big warm cozy hug you begin to feel the sense of trust you begin to feel sense of comfort as this cloud simply scoops you up into the sky knowing that you're safe here knowing that you have this comfort of this beautiful fluffy cloud feeling that same energy that you felt within your body and that beautiful white light just simply hugs around you in the form of this cloud as you feel this cloud beginning to wrap around you more and more and perhaps feel your body as it becomes lighter and lighter just begin to feel even more comfort within the mind feeling with to every moment you float here upon this cloud deeper sense of trust energetic safety physical safety in this cloud you begin to notice as you lie upon this cloud a few other clouds simply floating by because as comfy as your cloud is it's also solid and holding you in place supporting you in the place you are you just simply notice the other clouds continue floating by perhaps you acknowledge these clouds or perhaps you don't whatever it is you do this trust is perfectly okay just like these clouds our minds eye here today there are other things in our lives that simply pass us by whether it's certain people or relationships certain phases or places in our lives certain comforts or discomforts situations where maybe our values or morals are tested situations where just kind of getting through kind of following them along and going with the flow even when it doesn't feel quite right that can be okay too and just like these beautiful white clouds that are just simply passing by these moments these people these situations these behaviors or perhaps even responses that we seem to have in our lives just simply passing by simply moments in time simply situations that perhaps we needed to go through in order to see the next beautiful cloud roll by and just like this warm comfy supportive cloud that you're relaxing on here in this moment within your mind's high there could be comfort a place of rest or a place within ourselves where we can allow energy to just be energy where we allow ourselves to notice emotions and maybe let them pass by because we have this comfort and trust within ourselves sometimes when we know the answers are within us but we can't quite get to them yet in terms of how we show up or how we react or how we behave just like this cloud these other clouds passing by with no judgment but just simply being we to ourselves just simply trust in the fact that we're part of this universe and perhaps we can go even as far as saying we are the main characters in our own stories in our own lives that while there may be many ups and downs and a lot of energy that goes into experiencing those ups and downs sometimes we can just simply pause we can keep doing and moving along or we can just simply be we can find momentum or connect back to our creativity without the need to be on a roller coaster that we have it within ourselves that you always have this sense of creativity and love and hope within yourself just like you do here on this beautiful fluffy cloud have this here within your heart your body your soul your mind that you too are simply energy perhaps you too can feel more settled in different times in your life where the past you might have reacted or been excited to spend a little bit of energy here or there whether it was positive or negative instead you can just keep a little bit more energy for yourself just turn it inward and simply be just choose to give yourself the energy to share the energy that you want and the places and ways that you want to spend that energy just take a moment here in this fluffy cloud to just simply be just taking a moment in the silence in the comfort of this cloud just simply being with yourself and anything just passes you by or definite at all simply taking in this space this moment without judgment without emotion without feeling the emotion without exaggeration just simply being take these last few moments here you can just thank yourself thank your subconscious mind for showing you the space this piece this place of comfort the ability to turn your energy back to yourself thank you subconscious mind love you so so much thank you thank you the moment now i will count up from zero to five and at the count of five you will be a wide awake completely out of the deep sleep state that you are now and feeling better than you have in a very long time zero going deeper still one feeling calm and at ease simply being to feeling this deep sense of trust and knowingness and neutrality that will stay with you three feelings if you're waking up from a long relaxing nap and for becoming more and more aware your surroundings in five eyes wide open wide awake completely out of this deep sleep like state feeling better than you have in a very long time you
