This meditation is perfect for times when you need to reconnect to your own inner confidence,
Your self-belief and the remembrance that anything is possible.
Take some time to get comfortable,
Either lying down in a supported position or in a grounded seated position.
Notice the parts of your body that are in contact with the ground beneath you and feel the stability and strength that they provide you with.
Whichever position you choose,
The most important thing is to ensure that your body feels comfortable,
Supported and open.
Let your shoulders slide away from your ears and let your chest broaden.
Adopt a posture which embodies confidence with a long spine and an open heart.
Take your time to get comfortable.
There is no rush.
Once you find yourself here,
Commit to just being in this one place,
These single moments,
Just for now.
Everything else can wait.
Take a moment to scan up and down your body from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes.
Notice if your energy feels stuck or stagnant anywhere and take a moment to let your body know that it is safe to expand.
It is safe to soften.
It is safe to be seen.
Now bring your attention to your breath and witness the patterns it makes through your body.
Inhale and follow the breath down through the body and exhale to watch it return up the body and be released into the space around you.
Follow this breath with curiosity,
Noticing compassionately where it flows effortlessly and where it perhaps finds resistance.
If and when you meet resistance,
Try not to judge or criticise.
Just remind this part of you that it is safe to expand now.
It is safe for it to soften.
It is safe for it to be seen.
Allow the parts of you that are cautious to surrender a chance to be acknowledged now.
Perhaps they only seek to be noticed and accepted just as they are.
Be here with them right now.
Come back to yourself in this moment.
Our fears and worries have served as a protective ally for some time,
But now it is time to let them go,
With love,
In order for you to allow your truest essence to be seen.
Take a moment to thank the things that have kept you safe and now using your breath,
Let them go.
Breathe in a deep,
Deep breath and release the breath with a sigh.
Do this twice more,
Each time letting go of the beliefs and blocks that are preventing you from fully embracing your own inner power,
Your own inner strength.

As you focus your attention on the magic of your breath,
Begin to see the flow of air as a beautiful bright golden yellow flow of energy,
A vibrant shining light that now begins to fill your body with every single breath.
This dazzling golden flow represents your courage,

Your veins,
Your muscles,
Your organs get flooded with a brighter and brighter golden energy.
Each breath brings you more and more of this healing,
Nourishing and strengthening golden energy until your whole body is radiating a dazzling glow of self belief.

Imagine that with each golden breath you inhale,
You are filling your body with confidence,
With courage,
With expansive energy that makes you feel like anything is possible.
As you breathe out on your next exhale,
Allow yourself to let go and release doubts,

As we come to the end of this meditation before you move into the rest of your day take a moment now to embody the posture of strength,

Lengthen your spine,
Open your heart and remind yourself that where nothing is certain anything is possible.
Take a mental picture of your body filled with positive,
Strong and glorious golden yellow energy and return to this image whenever you need.
Now gradually bring your awareness back to the space your physical body is resting in.
Tune in to the sounds around you,
The sensations in your body and take one last big deep breath in and a long audible sigh out through your mouth.
You have got this.
Now blink open those beautiful eyes and observe the world around you with a different lens now,
A lens of calm and quiet confidence,
A deep knowing that anything is possible.
