Welcome lovely one,

Welcome to this sacred pause and a chance to soothe and ease any fragile states of being.

I invite you now to settle into a comfortable space,

A space that supports your entire body and gives you a rooted sense of stability.

Think of this meditation as a love note to your body during periods of stress,

Uncertainty and overwhelm.

A moment to let your entire being sigh with relief because beautiful soul,

For these moments that we share together,

There is nothing you need to do,

Nowhere you need to be,

Only our tender hearts together.

Let's begin with a slow breath together in through the nose and out through the mouth and another,

Letting the air slowly draw in through the nose,

Taking it deep down into the body and then letting it travel slowly back out of the mouth.

And one more,

Letting the inhale be expansive and letting the exhale provide you with a chance to soften and settle a fraction more in your space.

For a moment just draw your attention to your entire body and check in with yourself,

Check into your physical body and notice if there are any tender places within.

Let your jaw to release any tight grip,

Let the weight lift off your shoulders,

Let your heart soften in your chest,

Give your belly permission to expand with each loving breath that you take.

You are here right now,

You are here and you are okay.

In this moment all is well,

All is okay.

When your mind feels full and overloaded it can feel scary to give it space yet this is what it's calling for.

It craves a moment to breathe,

A sacred pause,

A gentle moment to remind your entire being that you are still with it,

That you're still listening,

That you are still here.

Now let your breath and your body be your own anchor for a moment.

Watch your breath move naturally in and out of the body and connect with the part of you that feels its presence the most.

Watch the path of the breath and notice where it lands the deepest.

Perhaps you notice the sensations on the nostrils,

The movement in your chest,

The rise and fall of your belly.

Perhaps it's just the subtlest flicker of movement or a bigger more expansive shift.

Whatever and wherever it is,

Bring your attention to this part of you without needing to change it.

Can you just witness the ebb and flow of your breath through this part of you?

Breathe in beautiful one and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Take a few moments to be with this simple sensation of the breath.

Now let this space be your time,

Your time to ground and centre and to return to yourself,

To your sacred home within.

And let these words be your medicine.

Take time sweet one,

My beautiful friend.

The challenges may feel like they won't ever end.

Your heart is tender,

I know it so.

The emotions you feel,

They need to flow.

Uncertainty and fear I see.

The places that feel so tenderly.

When the world is such a confusing place and there doesn't appear to be enough space to hold yourself as well as others or to have the strength to be your own mother.

It feels courageous to reach within.

Living to ourself doesn't appear to fit in.

But remember this,

My darling one.

This life is supposed to be full of fun and if you are feeling heavy and drained,

It's up to you to make the change,

To show another how filling ourselves is fundamental to us thriving well.

And when we are rooted in overflowing,

The power in the seeds that we are sowing will expand and grow into a new way of being.

A journey of aliveness,

Old layers peeling,

Bringing us back to our vibrancy.

It starts with us.

I hope you will see.

My love,

Go gently but move with intent.

Your energy is so valuable.

Make sure it's well spent.

Now take what resonates and leave what doesn't as you begin to return your attention to the space that you are currently supported in.

Change your awareness to your feet,

To your fingertips,

To the skin on your face and the contact of your body on the surface that you are resting on.

And start to bring a flicker of movement,

A deeper breath and move in a way that gently brings aliveness back to your physical body.

Take time,

Reawaken yourself tenderly.

And when you are ready,

Flutter open your eyes and take your next step slowly.

Take your next step gently and take your next step lovingly as you return to your day.

Thank you sweet one for sharing this practice with me.

Thank you.
