So I'm ready to be here today.

I don't know about you guys today.

We are coming in with playing with the energy of the one in my sessions.

We normally blend in the energy of the day,

Which is,

Which I pull in from numerology.

So today is the energy of one,

Which is of new beginnings.

And I'm deeply,

Deeply feeling this.

That's like needing this renewal energy and beginning again.

So one energy,

But also queen of clubs,

Which is that of leading with compassion.

So the queen is always a gracious host.

And so as much as we,

Especially as empath love to be a gracious host for others,

It's learning to be a gracious host for ourselves.

So today is a really soft and gentle energy coming in,

But a bit of that leadership energy of stepping into your power though,

Instead of it being the soft,

Spacious,

Expansive,

No boundaries energy.

I want it to be that you guys are creating some awareness around what that compassion means.

So narrowing it down a bit,

And I guess it's feeling like a hug this morning of when you narrow it down,

Instead of feeling really open,

When you think of a baby,

Right?

When there are newborns,

They love to be wrapped up.

So there is some comfort in the ability to feel the edges,

Right?

To feel like that they are contained and they're supported.

And so that's my invitation for you today is to come into this really safe,

Supportive place for yourself.

But it's about creating an awareness of those boundaries for yourself,

Of what it means to have self-compassion.

Just to put this into context.

So when we are experiencing stress,

We feel it in a specific way.

And so specifically for me recently,

I've been going through,

We're getting ready for a move.

And even though I don't feel stressed in my mind,

I guess,

My body is feeling stress.

And so last night it came up for me and the way that my body expresses it is through my gut and through like back pain or chronic back pain.

I had been ignoring this for an entire week and not having compassion for myself,

Feeling like I needed to be getting all these things done.

And it wasn't until I finally stopped and realized like,

Oh,

My body's talking to me.

I analytically can't feel that stress per se,

But my body is feeling stress.

How can I be compassionate?

And so last night I put myself to bed at 7.

30,

Got a good night of sleep and was able to start again today on a new cycle.

And so that's my invitation for you today is to really notice where it is that you may feel those stressors within the body.

We often miss the signs or maybe they register,

But we ignore them.

So I want to take a moment as we settle in,

Is that we take a moment to just notice where those stressors might be within ourselves.

So again,

We're going to tap into the breath as we begin our session.

So just find your breath here.

Maybe actually I'm feeling called.

Let's go ahead and place the hands on the heart to feel that gentle pressure,

To feel that containment that you are here,

Letting the body know that you're here to listen,

That you're showing up,

That you're willing to hear and just congratulating yourself just for even showing up today,

For taking the time out to tap in,

To check in with the self,

The body,

The mind,

The spirit,

And allow yourself to press pause so you can reset today.

So with this being the one,

We have a cycle of one through nine.

So this energy cycle is going to take us through until next Friday.

So allowing ourselves to really start with intention of the energy and the seeds that we're planting,

That we're trying to nurture throughout these next few days,

In these next nine days.

So just find your breath,

Feeling that gentle rise and fall of the chest underneath the palms of your hand.

Taking a moment,

Maybe shaking the head no,

Letting that get a little bit wider,

Letting the.

.

.

The eyes are open,

The gaze can go,

But if it feels comfortable,

Go ahead and let the eyes close.

So the internal gaze is starting to build.

So in this,

We're just checking in.

Notice if those shoulders are up by the ear.

See if you can send them down and away here,

Creating a little bit of space,

And then continuing with the gaze from side to side,

Or just that turn of the head,

Just releasing any tension or tightness.

Go ahead and bring the head back to neutral.

And then just dropping the head over to one side.

Take a big inhale here.

Exhale,

Slowly drop the chin.

Take a really big expansive breath here.

So breathing into the palms of the hands,

Feeling that chest rise and lift,

The ribs expand.

Exhale out,

Fully,

Forcefully letting all that air come out.

Beautiful.

As your next inhale,

Go ahead and let the head revolve over to that other side.

So the opposite ear to the opposite shoulder.

And then go ahead and play with this for a minute.

Just roll from side to side.

So right ear,

Right shoulder,

Drop the chin towards the chest,

And then to the left.

Just back and forth.

Noticing any tension or tightness you might be experiencing in the upper back,

Chest.

Bringing that chin again towards the chest,

Tucked in here for a moment.

Let's take one more big expansive breath.

So big inhale in,

Exhale out.

Go ahead and let the head return to neutral.

Keeping the hands on heart here for a moment,

Check in and begin to notice anything that's presenting for you today.

And wondering where either the body or the mind may be speaking to you.

So maybe through a niggling pain or a tightness.

Noticing where in the body you may be feeling that.

And noticing too,

Even if there's an absence of anything calling your name right now,

Just noticing that as well.

And taking the time to get curious and really tap in to what is going on for ourselves today.

So if you've been able to identify a sensation,

Taking a moment to see if you can articulate the quality of the sensation.

So maybe you've noticed where the sensation is,

But then give some descriptive words around the sensation that you're feeling.

Maybe tight or sharp,

Dull,

Or aching.

Maybe there's just a neutral feeling.

So just noticing for yourself,

Being able to identify.

And also noticing the quality of the thoughts.

Does it feel easy today to drop into the body or does the mind feel a little bit scattered?

So without judging,

Allowing yourself to just notice.

To bring awareness.

And most of all,

Allowing ourselves to just bring a deep sense of compassion.

However it is that we're showing up today.

Taking a moment to shift the awareness to the warmth underneath the palms of the hands.

At that heart chakra,

As you breathe into this space,

Just knowing that we have powered up this heart center for our session today,

We're going to allow this warmth,

This softness,

This compassion to just infuse into our entire being.

So taking a moment to see if you need to transition in any way to make yourself a little bit more comfortable as we settle in for the next 20.

Making sure that the physical body is completely supported and resting and taking those next few breaths.

Inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling out through the mouth.

Beautiful.

With each inhale,

Drawing it into the lungs,

Feeling the coolness of the air as it draws in,

Feeling that soft expansion.

And at the top of the breath,

Feeling as if you're having that gentle hug,

That containment feeling.

You can feel the edges of the body meeting that bit of resistance and then exhale after giving yourself that beautiful hug with the breath.

Letting all the air out.

Next breath in,

Drawing in through the nose,

Filling the lungs,

Letting the ribs expand,

The belly soften,

Everything's soft,

Smoothing out those rough edges,

Exhale,

Releasing all the air out.

Mouth.

Beautiful.

Go ahead and return to just a normal breath,

Gently breathing in and out.

Letting that beautiful warm energy just start here from that heart center again and just infusing into your entire being.

As you bring in that inhale,

The warmth,

The glow of the heart,

Exhale,

Sending that energy down through the core,

Down through the root,

The legs,

The soles of the feet,

Allowing yourself to connect with mother earth,

That gentle yet firmly supportive mothering energy,

Deeply nurturing and nourishing for the soul,

Allowing yourself to draw that grounded energy up back into your being.

Coming back to that heart center.

Again,

Breathe wide here,

Feeling that expansiveness of your being of the breath.

The top of that breath feeling that containment once again,

That beautiful,

Gentle hug of the breath,

Exhale.

We often forget we are a part of the equation and we have to remember to bring the body back in to our experience to nurture the body to bring awareness to those emotions that run so subtly underneath the overt layers and the busyness of our day to day life.

Stoking that warmth,

That light,

That brightness in the heart center,

Inhaling,

Imagining that energy moving to the tips of the fingers,

Almost as if you have little balls of energy in the palms of your hands.

Take a moment here to see if you can just imagine when using that imagination,

Imagine these little orbs of warm light.

Notice what color it is in the mind's eye.

See if you can play with the scenario that every time that you breathe in,

That color gets a little bit bolder,

A little bit brighter with each inhale.

It's playing with this,

With each inhale,

With each exhale,

The light softens,

It dims just a little bit,

The heat not as intense as it is on the inhale.

It's this beautiful nourishing energy that lives with inside of you each and every moment.

It is ignited by your intuition,

Those moments of inspiration,

Those little insights that may come in out of nowhere seemingly.

It just loves these little hits that we get throughout the day to stop and breathe and listen.

Breathing here,

Big inhale,

Exhale,

Bring that energy back to the heart center,

Inhale,

Bringing it to the crown of the head,

Opening up to source this infinite source of energy and love and compassion.

Imagining it drawing in and funneling down through the crown of the head into that heart center as if it's a waterfall,

Just pouring in all the love and attention and tenderness that your body and mind and soul may need today.

Taking a moment here to come back to that place that needed a little bit extra love today.

Remembering that your palms are these beautiful light sources of healing,

Of energy,

Of compassion and care.

Go ahead and place the hands on any part of the body that feels like it might need a little bit of that attention today.

Again,

That sense of containment of feeling yourself being held and remembering how beautiful it can feel to be held by yourself.

To take these moments throughout your day,

Throughout your week,

To give yourself this beautiful energetic hug.

Letting this light,

This energy,

This warmth just filter in like water just seeping into any of the cracks that need to be filled or supported with each breath,

With each inhale and exhale,

With each expansion and contraction of the body.

It's this gentle reminder to the self that you're not alone,

That you are listening.

That pressing pause is okay.

And not only is it okay,

How quickly and beautifully the body can reset when given the chance.

Staying here with the breath,

I'm just going to share with you the reading of the card that was pulled today,

The page of wands.

As the body is relaxed,

Just gently let the mind bring awareness to my words.

This page is a free spirit who carries infectious enthusiasm.

Invite in her youthful,

Raw and exuberant creative energy and pay attention to the new ideas that are bubbling to the surface at this time.

You will find flashes of inspiration here.

Inspiration that comes bundled with massive potential.

If you're feeling the creator angst of not having any solid plans to bring these insights to life,

Let go of your need to formalize your plans right now.

Giving your ideas the space that they need to develop before sharing them prematurely,

Allow their wings to fully form.

Their potency is limitless.

Let them breathe to just spend any extra time in the pursuit of the imagination.

And if you are feeling any lack of ambition or drive or feeling devoid of the inspiration that this card illuminates,

Know that you will find this fire when you allow yourself to dream.

As the dreamer of my dream,

I spontaneously and passionately ignite this flame.

As the dreamer of my dream,

I spontaneously and passionately ignite this flame.

We allow ourselves to stay in this dream-like state for a few more minutes,

Allowing ourselves to just immerse in this dreamful,

Playful,

Light energy.

And now we create this gentle,

Soft container.

We allow the energy to be fluid,

To move and to morph wherever it needs to go and to become whatever it needs to be to fuel our fire,

Our passion,

Our dreams.

And as it gently moves and taps gently on those edges of containment that we've created,

It gives us feedback and it forms our experience,

Allowing us to receive information so that we know when we are in an alignment.

Knowing that what we seek speaks to the body,

To the mind,

To the soul,

That all line up.

And it also provides that feedback when it doesn't line up.

So that way we can pause,

We can assess what's going on for ourselves.

And from that information,

We can take action to create a more compassionate mind state,

Body state and emotional state for ourselves as we move forward.

So once again,

As the dreamer of my dream,

I spontaneously and passionately ignite this flame.

Allowing your awareness to come back to the breath.

Gently bringing in that breath a little bit deeper,

Exhaling out.

Once again,

Connecting with those edges of the body through the breath.

And then gently bringing a little bit of movement into the fingers and the toes,

Maybe even bringing in a little bit of a stretch as you come back to the space,

The room that you're in.

And gently,

When you open your eyes,

Coming back to this space,

To us together.

Oh,

I hope that you all feel a little bit softer,

A little bit more gentler within your being after our session today.

I just yeah,

So it's this beautiful portal of manifestation.

We cycle through this one through nine,

One through nine.

So we always have this ability to plant those little,

It's like little moon cycles,

I see it as,

Right?

Because we have the new moon and the full moon,

Where we have these kind of big intentions that we set for the month.

But these one through nine cycles,

I see them as little moon cycles that we can set those,

Plant those seeds,

And then cycle through that manifestation energy as we move through the month as well.

Yeah,

So it's also,

We just also just need to,

Yeah,

There's lots of things internally when we have the opportunity and the chance to come in and have these practices where we can go inside is so beautiful and so needed.

Often we don't have time for that as we're moving through our day and we can plan for it at a later state,

But it's also seeing how can you soften your environment around you to create that cushion for you if you know that you're feeling extra sensitive.

So as empaths,

I know that it's that feeling of being overstimulated.

And like for me,

I,

Yesterday my clothes were driving me crazy.

I had a pair of jeans on,

Everything felt too tight,

The tags,

Like everything was just like,

I felt like my whole system was on fire.

And so that one action of choosing differently,

Changing your clothes or putting some soft music on,

Have it where,

Get that cozy blanket on your lap as you're doing your work or anything that you can do to just soften the edges a little bit for yourself until you can have time to do that deeper work of dropping into a meditation practice or going for a walk or whatever that is for you.

But try to sprinkle in little bits of compassion for yourself as you move through the day.

And as you move through this week,

I would love if you could extend it into nine days,

Like how gorgeous would that be?

Just nine days of just compassion for the self.

And that means making adjustments when we're feeling compassion for someone else.

We make adjustments either to our behavior or the way that we speak or the way that we touch someone.

So internalize that,

Switch that energy and have that focus on you for these next nine days and see how it shifts not only your own experience,

But then part of being an empath,

We love being able to be a caregiver.

We love being able to tend to,

But we can do that from much fuller place when we are sourced ourselves.

So see if that kind of changes the dynamics as well and the way that you engage with others when you feel like you've been able to tend to the self first before you start extending and tending to others.

So that's my invitation for you this week.
