In this meditation, you'll first use your breath and a body scan to relax the mind and body. Once you're grounded and feeling more at peace, then you'll use affirmations to cultivate abundance in all its forms so that you can receive all the blessings you desire. Expect to leave feeling more peaceful, expansive, and worthy of abundance.

Hello,

And welcome to this meditation for abundance.

If you haven't already,

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting upright with a straight spine or lying down on your back if that feels more supportive to you right now.

Allow your eyes to gently close,

And go ahead and place your hands palms facing down somewhere on your body.

This just helps to add more grounding,

Supportive energy.

Let's take three deep inhales and slow exhales together.

So empty any air out,

And big slow breath in,

Really filling the belly with air,

And then slowly exhale it out.

Again long deep inhale,

Imagining oxygen moving into every inch and cell of the body,

And let it out,

Maybe with a sigh.

Last one,

Deep breath in,

And exhale,

Letting something go.

Beautiful.

You can let your breath fall back into its natural rhythm,

And now we're going to start relaxing our bodies,

Starting with the top of the head,

And moving down to the toes.

So bring your awareness to the top of the head,

And hold the intention that wherever you place your intention,

Sends peaceful,

Healing,

Loving energy that relaxes that part of the body.

So starting at the top of the head,

And slowly move down the face,

Softening the forehead,

Quieting the mind behind it,

Allowing the eyes to rest,

The nose,

Cheeks,

The ears,

The mouth,

Maybe feeling the jaw unclench,

And then moving down the back of the head,

Into the neck and throat,

And then moving to the shoulders,

Maybe feeling the shoulders drop down and back a bit,

Releasing something they've been carrying,

And then starting at the top of the right arm,

And moving down,

Over the elbow,

To the forearm,

The wrist,

The hand,

And each finger,

Then starting at the top of the left arm,

And moving down,

Over the elbow,

To the forearm,

The wrist,

Hand,

And each finger,

And then taking your attention to just below the throat,

And moving down,

Allowing the chest and heart space to open a bit,

Then moving down the ribs,

And the belly,

Allowing the belly to soften,

And then taking your awareness to the upper back,

Feeling the back relax,

And then moving down to the mid back,

And the lower back,

Moving down to the pelvis,

The hips,

Feeling any tension in the hips start to release,

Your seat,

Maybe releasing a bit deeper into your seat,

Or the earth below you,

And then starting at the top of the right leg,

And moving down the thigh,

The knee,

The shin,

And calf,

And to the ankle,

And foot,

And each toe,

And then starting at the top of the left leg,

And moving down the thigh,

The knee,

The shin,

And calf,

The ankle,

The foot,

And each toe,

Beautiful,

Take a couple minutes to feel the entire body relaxed,

And filled with peaceful healing energy,

Good,

Now we're going to invite more abundance into our lives,

And open up to the belief that we are already abundant,

And that abundance is actually a feeling within us,

Meaning it's internal,

And not dependent on anything external,

And while we often associate abundance with money,

Or tangible things,

We're going to include all types of abundance during this practice,

Now repeat the following phrases after me,

Either out loud,

Or in your head,

I am worthy of abundance,

I open myself to receive all the blessings of the universe,

I am abundant,

Good,

Now we'll welcome specific things into our life,

Repeat after me,

I am loving,

Love is within me,

I am worthy of love,

I welcome love into my life,

I am happy,

Happiness is within me,

I am worthy of happiness,

I welcome happiness into my life,

I am healthy,

Health is within me,

I am worthy of health,

I welcome health into my life,

I am wealthy,

Wealth is within me,

I am worthy of wealth,

I welcome wealth into my life,

Lastly,

I am peaceful,

Peace is within me,

I am worthy of peace,

I welcome peace into my life,

Now take a moment to call in whatever type of abundance you're desiring,

Or anything specific you'd like to bring into your life,

Beautiful,

Now just feel the abundance that already exists within you,

Allowing it to expand with every breath,

Beautiful,

I invite you now to thank yourself for doing this practice and showing yourself love in this way,

And then start to gently come back to the present moment,

Maybe wiggling the fingers and toes,

Inviting movement slowly back into the body,

Maybe take the arms overhead,

Or stretch in any other way that feels good,

And then whenever you feel ready,

Taking as much time as you'd like,

You can slowly and gently open your eyes.
