Hello,
Welcome to this meditation for creating a powerful,
Protective bubble that can help you not be affected by negative energies and experiences.
If you haven't already,
Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting upright with a straight spine or lying down on your back if that feels more supportive to you right now.
Allow your eyes to gently close,
And go ahead and place your hands palms facing down somewhere on the body.
This will help you to feel grounded and supported.
Let's take three deep inhales and slow exhales together.
So empty any air out.
And big,
Slow breath in,
Really filling the belly with air.
And then through the mouth,
Slowly exhale.
Again,
Long,
Deep inhale,
Imagining oxygen moving into every inch and cell of the body.
And then let it out.
Last one,
Deep breath in.
And then exhale,
Maybe with a sigh.
Beautiful.
You can let your breath fall back into its natural rhythm.
And now begin to become aware of the space around your body.
Imagine that the air around you is hugging your body,
And see if you can really feel that,
Visualize it,
Or just hold the intention that it's there.
Now become aware of the surface of your skin,
Noticing the areas that are exposed,
And how they can feel the temperature of your surroundings.
And then feeling the areas of your skin that are touching clothing,
Noticing any sensations or anything you can feel on your skin.
And now feel where your feet and legs might be touching something beneath them,
Either the floor or the chair,
And then feeling your seat and whatever is beneath you,
Noticing how you're supported by whatever is below you.
Now feeling your back,
And if it's touching anything like a mattress or a chair,
Or again just tuning into air if it's not supported by something physically.
And then moving your awareness up to your head and neck,
Allowing any tension or stress to just melt away.
Beautiful.
And now begin to imagine that right above the surface of your skin is a layer of energy that is all your own.
This field of energy covers your entire body and acts as a protective layer.
Where your attention goes,
Energy flows,
And so we're going to allow this layer to expand and grow by simply placing our attention there.
So start to feel this layer of energy as if it's as strong as a shield.
Imagine that it's growing to be about an inch thick around your entire body.
You can feel it or visualize it as gold or your favorite color,
Or just hold the intention that it's there.
Whatever feels true to you.
Breathe in deeply,
And as you do,
Feel this layer of protection growing.
You can see that it's extending out a few inches from the surface of your skin,
As if you're being blanketed with safety.
Breathe in deeply again,
Allowing this shield of protection to grow even more,
Almost as if you were filling up a bubble with air.
This bubble of protection is now far around your body,
And you are completely shielded by this energetic layer.
This field of energy can be seen however it appears for you,
Or you can just know it's there.
This field is stronger than steel.
Nothing except for positive,
Loving energy can get past this bubble of protection you have created around you.
And so just feel this protective,
Loving,
Supportive energy for the next minute or so,
Feeling held and protected by it.
Wherever you go,
This bubble goes with you.
It's resilient and guaranteed to protect you from any negativity that rolls in your direction.
Any energy that is not positive and not yours,
Will simply bounce off this protective layer back to its source.
Imagine now that you're going about your day as you normally do,
But this time you have a shield of protection around you.
It's invisible to everyone visually,
But each person's energetic field knows you are surrounded by support.
Visualize you are having a day of complete serenity,
And suddenly negative energy is coming your way.
It could be a problem you commonly face,
Or someone coming at you with negativity.
In the past maybe you would become upset by this interaction and thrown off balance,
Perhaps disrupting your entire day.
But now you have a protective energetic bubble that allows you to become an observer.
The shield of protection is keeping negativity at a distance from you,
So that it can't disturb your peace.
You are safely and easily emotionally protected from the negativity.
So imagine as this protective layer helps you to not take on the energy of others.
Notice that you are in control of what you allow to come into your energetic field.
Take a few deep breaths,
Feeling this support and protection buzzing around you.
Holding on to this supportive energy,
Start to gently return to the present moment.
And then whenever you feel ready,
Taking as much time as you'd like,
You can slowly and gently open your eyes.
