The mouth is slightly open,

The eyes are gazing down.

We will breathe 21 breaths paying attention to this process of breathing.

We will breathe 21 breaths.

We will breathe 21 breaths.

And when your mind,

When you notice your mind wandering,

Celebrate that moment of awareness and celebrate settling back into shamatha.

Again,

Sometimes my mantra is,

I don't have to think about that right now.

And when you realize it differently.

And when you close the eye and then the eyes.

Confidence.
