Welcome to this guided sleep meditation.

Thank you for joining me on this journey inside ourselves.

Throughout the following practice we will quieten down our minds,

Discovering our special place of stillness within and preparing our body for a night of regenerative,

Healing sleep.

Let's begin by slowly laying down on your bed or your chosen place.

You may like to cover yourself with a soft blanket or sheet,

Whatever you would like.

Make sure that your body is comfortable.

You may want to place one hand on your chest and the other just below on your abdomen.

And kindly thank yourself for taking this time before sleep to connect with your body and mind.

I invite you now to take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling through your nose and exhale.

As you breathe in,

Bring in clarity and serenity to your mind.

And as you breathe out,

Release any worries or concerns.

Breathing in,

Filling your lungs with air.

Breathing out and releasing.

Breathe in,

Feeling your lungs expand.

And as you breathe out,

Letting go and releasing any tensions in your body.

In this way you can use your exhalation to simply let go and relax.

Breath after breath,

Your mind starts to calm down.

Breath after breath,

Your body gets more and more relaxed.

Allow your breath to flow naturally.

There's no need to control or stretch it.

Let it be as it wants to be.

Coming and going.

At its own natural rhythm.

Let's take a few moments to simply notice the breath.

Coming and going.

At ease and relaxed.

Relaxed.

Relaxed.

If you find that your mind is restless,

That's okay.

There's no need to fight it.

Simply acknowledge it and gently bring your attention back to the breath.

Let it be and let it go.

Soon you will find that your mind settles down as your body gets more and more relaxed.

Relaxed.

Relaxed.

Return to your normal breathing only through your nose and deep into your belly.

Letting go of any tensions that still may be present inside your body.

Relax your forehead,

Eyebrows,

Your eyes,

Your cheeks.

Relax your jaw.

Feel your eyelids heavy and relaxed.

Relaxed.

Relaxed.

Relaxed.

Relaxed.

Relaxed.

Slowly bring your attention between your eyebrows.

Look behind your closed eyelids.

Into this center.

Into your third eye.

Concentrate all your awareness here.

And breathe into this spot.

Welcome the tranquil darkness found within.

Take your time to set an intention for tonight's sleep and keep it within your mind and heart as a mantra throughout the entire night.

Finding your stillness,

Begin to visualize yourself behind closed eyes,

Meditating into the night.

Smoothly floating inside the void.

Acknowledge this safe space of quietness,

Introspection and integration.

Breathe in and embrace the healing power of darkness.

As you are entirely focused on your breath,

Observe any thoughts that come through your mind.

Become aware of their presence and the way they make you feel.

Translate these thoughts through the sensations and emotions that arise within you.

Acknowledge their presence without any self judgment.

Breathe deep into your abdomen and slowly breathe out.

Be present right here.

Throughout the day we gather stress and tensions that manifest through overthinking and restlessness at night.

For a peaceful regenerative sleep we need to pause the overthinking mind by becoming conscious of our thought patterns.

Tonight you can connect to the power of darkness,

The feminine energy,

Integrating within its healing vibrations,

Allowing it to bring stillness and quietness within.

Channeling your feminine energy,

Allowing the integration of yourself,

Which is a cornerstone of achieving true self love and wholeness.

Perhaps you can give yourself permission to feel all your feelings without judgment.

Observe any sensations forming throughout your body.

Take the time to feel what kind of emotions arise every time a thought comes.

All you need to do is focus on what you are feeling instead of what your mind is thinking.

Allow yourself to be kind and compassionate.

Take all the time you need.

You might be aware of a tickle,

A twitch,

A sensation,

Perhaps a warmness or coolness present inside you.

All around you.

You have the power to transform your thinking mind into a present one.

There is no need to label any thought,

Just observe and let it be.

If you find yourself travelling inside a thought,

Thank it with kindness and love,

Then send it away as you return to your breathing.

Remember the intention you called in for tonight's sleep and breathe into it.

And as you breathe into it,

Free your mind of any other thoughts.

Breathe in and out.

Connect with your breath.

Observe your body.

Feel your eyelids getting heavier and your eyes relaxing even more into the calm blackness.

Leave your body here to relax and rest for tonight.

Allow your mind to surrender.

Observe the calm night surrounding you.

Breathe.

Be present.

Be here in this space.

Call for your intention and let your subconscious mind continue this practice while you prepare your body to fall asleep.

Allow the feminine energy,

Darkness,

To embrace you.

The moon,

Water and night time all encompass the formless,

Expansive and magnetic feminine energy.

This is a time to honour your divine feminine as a significant act of self-care.

With your intention in mind,

Ground yourself into Mother Earth.

Ask her to cleanse and charge you.

Slowly bring your awareness down to your feet.

Be aware of the present sensations in your toes.

Breathe in and visualise two big roots growing upward from below your body,

Slowly covering the soles of your feet.

Feel this energy grounding you deeper into a state of total presence.

Breathe profoundly into your abdomen and connect yourself with the power of Earth,

With Mother's energy.

Your breath is the most intimate part of you.

Allow your breath to bring life force within each part of your body.

This is the time to release and clear away any stuck energy from your body.

Inhale deep through your nose and feel these roots growing up through your feet,

Up through your ankles,

Your calves,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

All the way up,

Reaching your sacral area,

Charging the centre of creation,

Your reproductive system with vitality.

Breathe in and out.

Slowly travel your attention,

Your breath,

Into the abdomen.

Become conscious of each organ bound here.

As you inhale deeply,

Expand your belly.

Charge yourself with vital life force through the power of your breath.

Take the time to guide your awareness throughout your entire abdomen,

Allowing for this healing energy to bring love within.

Visualise the roots you grew within,

Transforming into tree branches as they come up to your chest area.

Allow them to charge with light as you breathe through your heart centre.

Feel them bringing a shining brightness within,

Lighting up the space surrounding you.

Gently guide your breath throughout your neck.

Inhale and picture the branches growing up,

Reaching the spot between your eyebrows,

Inside your third eye centre.

Bring all your attention here,

Slowly breathing into this area as you focus more on your intention.

Be aware that your mind is getting calmer with each exhale.

Breathe into the state of total stillness brought by the quiet darkness.

You are safe inside this space.

Allow yourself to feel the warm and peaceful feeling surrounding you.

Breathe in and out,

No need to resist anything.

Allowance is key.

Allow everything to flow through you like waves in the ocean.

You are protected just like in a mother's womb.

Surrender yourself to silence,

To emptiness.

Allow your mind to unwind.

And breathe into the state of solitude.

As you slowly travel your breath up to the top of your head,

Ask your higher self to call in your intention throughout the night.

As your body falls into a deep sleep.

Bring all your awareness to the top of your head,

Your crown centre.

Imagine breathing through it.

With each exhale,

Send the branches up into the dark sky.

Allow them to go as high as possible.

Visualise yourself as a grand old tree.

The lower part of your body is embraced by the dark roots that ground you into the void of the earth.

Your upper body is connected with the night sky through the long branches.

Look up and picture each branch reaching for a star.

And you can continue this practice throughout the entire night.
