Holding Yourself Through Grief
by Lai Tattis
If you’re grieving and everything feels heavy, foggy, or hard to carry, this is a space to pause and be with yourself. Grief can move through the body in many ways a tight chest, a hollow feeling, exhaustion, or numbness. In this gentle practice, you’ll be guided to breathe and rest a hand on your heart, so you can feel supported in your body, less alone, and steadier in this moment.
