This meditation is intended to encourage you to look at physical exercise in a different way. It uses visualisation and incorporates all the senses in a relaxation exercise designed to reprogram the unconscious mind to regard exercise and moving the body as a natural, enjoyable part of everyday life. It deliberately removes the concept of an “end goal” and focuses instead on enabling you to see that the journey is the most important part of living a healthy lifestyle.
