Let's start by taking a moment to tune inward and get really comfortable by bringing our eyes to a close.

And take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Breathing in and exhaling very slowly.

Allowing your breath to fully slow down.

Really feeling the support of what is holding you right now.

The floor,

The bed,

The chair.

Just breathing deep,

Relaxing into your body.

Relaxing every cell of your being.

As you continue deepening the breath,

Notice the temperature of the room and the air around you.

Notice any smells or any sounds as you fully relax your body.

Allowing your shoulders to soften and drop away from your ears.

Relaxing your jaw.

Allowing your belly to relax and fully soften.

Noticing your thoughts floating by.

Noticing your physical sensations.

The energy within your body.

Your emotions.

Simply breathing and noticing.

Know that everything you're feeling and experiencing is welcome in this space.

Is celebrated and appreciated in this space.

Now,

With a deep full inhale,

Focus your attention and awareness into your heart space and center.

Calling your energy and presence into this tender and sacred space.

Calling in compassion for yourself.

For the places where you have played small or built walls.

For the places where you have kept fear,

Grief,

Anger,

Stress or insecurity.

Open this space.

Breathing fully into your unfolding and your opening.

Feeling nourished by the divine and the love within you.

The truth of who you really are.

Offer yourself acknowledgement and respect for everything you are.

For how far you have come.

And for the incredible beauty,

Strength,

Divinity,

Wisdom and power within you.

On your next inhale,

I want you to imagine sending this tender energy down into your sit bones.

Down,

Down,

Through your legs and your feet.

Down,

Down,

Down.

Into the earth beneath you.

With each inhale and exhalation,

Rooting more and more luminous energy from your open heart space into the safe and supportive embrace of Mother Earth.

Feeling grounded and anchored and held in the strength and softness of the Great Mother.

Feeling safe to be seen,

To be open.

To let your stories and truths be told,

Be seen,

Be heard.

Inviting truth and clarity and presence into your awareness now.

Opening this sacred space for connection.

For courage and bravery.

For intention.

For guidance and clarity.

For love.

So that you may step more fully into the seat of your highest and most authentic self.

Bring your intentions and prayers for healing into your heart center.

What is your soul's deepest prayer?

What is your heart's deepest longing?

Surrounding your prayers,

Your intentions with luminous light and love.

With a deep breath.

Imagine sending your prayers and intentions into Mother Earth below you.

Like a seed being planted deep within the fertile,

Dark,

Creative womb of the Great Mother.

Feel the power of Mother Earth nourishing and holding these visions,

These intentions,

And these prayers.

Feel them being held so deeply that they begin to root,

Grounded and anchored in the fertile womb of Mother Earth.

Knowing that in divine timing,

Your intentions and your prayers will blossom into the world and into your reality.

Just breathing into this knowing,

Holding this vision in your heart.

I want you to bring your hands to your heart.

Feel what's being planted within you.

Feel what your heart and your soul's deepest longings and desires are.

Just taking one last deep breath in,

The fullest breath you've taken today and allowing a long exhale out.

And when you're ready,

I want you to feel back into your body,

Into the room where your body is planted.

Gently wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Allowing your breath to find its natural rhythm again.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
