This journey is to welcome greater clarity,
Peacefulness and calm.
You can do it in a seated position or laying down,
But let us begin by closing your eyes and noticing your breath,
The depth.
You can allow your awareness to notice where your body connects to the earth,
To where you are laying or seated and to this moment.
And know that if your thoughts become busy,
If any emotions,
Sensations rise,
That we welcome these with curiosity,
With awareness and returning your breath to the moment,
To where it needs to be.
And if the thoughts wander,
Bringing it back to your breath,
To the here,
To the now.
As you begin by breathing in and in and in,
Holding for one and then exhaling deeply and completely with the loudest sigh as you invite your body to relax,
To let go,
To connect within.
And let us do two more of those breaths as you breathe in and in and in at your own pace.
Hold at the top of the breath and then when you're ready,
Exhale deeply and and then one more of those breaths as you breathe in and in and in,
Hold at the top and then exhaling deeply and completely.
And notice in this moment anything that already feels different.
As you begin to become aware that inside of your body now,
We are going to welcome the in-pouring like a shower of light,
Like a gentle ocean wave of blue and purple light.
Imagine that it's pouring from the top of your head through all of your brain's neural pathways,
Interwoven,
Integrated with the blue and the purple through your mind's eye,
Over your face,
Your throat,
Your shoulders.
And as it continues to flow through it,
Even if it's simply a knowing,
A receiving,
Continue to affirm,
I am calm,
I am safe,
I am free.
And then allow it to continue to move through your body with your breath.
And if there's any places or spaces where there has been tension,
Allow it to move through,
Move through,
To clear,
To cleanse,
To release and relax.
Notice if there's anywhere that it becomes stuck or stagnant and simply send your breath,
Your awareness and the light into these areas.
As you affirm,
I choose calm,
I choose safe,
I choose free.
And notice how your body feels as you allow this light to become an impenetrable orb all the way around you,
Clearing,
Cleansing,
Balancing,
Aligning,
But most importantly,
Bringing you to the center of your own attention,
Grounded and anchored in your body in this moment,
Whole and complete and 100%.
You notice how this feels as you wiggle your toes and you ground and anchor and affirm,
I am home,
I am calm,
I am safe,
I am free.
And as we ground and anchor and come back into your body,
Back into this moment,
Back into awareness,
You may even choose to stay in this place with your breath for longer if it feels good.
Even journaling some words that might be flowing through as you become aware of how it feels to feel safe to be connected within,
Connected to the earth,
Connected to this moment.
Taking one final deep breath in and choosing and tuning into all that you need to complete this today and making sure you drink some water and when you open your eyes you are completely grounded and anchored,
Present,
Whole and complete.
