Kristin's self-compassion approach helps me stay present with the physical sensations that my mind labels as pain and seld-hatred. As I soften into those sensations, more space come online and I get to choose kindness towards myself.

My takeaway: unconditional self-acceptanxe. See what unfolds. (Audio snob advice: Would be improved by noise reduction crisp silence). 🩜 Thanks [KEY: 5=Insightful, 4=Interesting, 3=Okay, 2=Not For Me, 1=Irritating]

Very soothing voice and lovely guided meditation! I struggled a bit with the pauses of silence throughout but that probably just means I need it more😆! Love all of Kristen Neff’s meditations!

My dear therapist for the past six years (we’ve done some hard work and she’s helped me through so much) often recommends Dr Neff’s self compassion practices. Over time Ive used so many guided meditations that Dr Neff’s voice has become another familiar guide in my life. Im so grateful for the content she puts into the world and how it has helped me find comfort and soothing

I didn’t know how much I needed this medication I was doing it for my two year old granddaughter and realized there was my inner child part that was in just as much a need! Thank you for an amazing meditation I will use this one many times 💕

The difference in how I feel after this is actually insane, especially considering how short it is
