She is also a Certified Personal Trainer who enjoys sharing strategies for mindful movement and to ease tension in our bodies. She is passionate about self-care and finding the right balance and engagement in life between the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, and assisting others to do the same brings her great joy. Kristin loves helping people discover and align with their core values and purpose, leverage their strengths, and create powerful visions for who they want to be and how they want to feel. Some of her favorite practices to share while helping people move towards their best selves include mindfulness, somatic work, play, and self-compassion. When she’s not coaching, you can find her spending quality time with loved ones, walking or playing in nature, in yoga class, or engaging in a class or book for self-development.
