This meditation invites you to find deep relaxation and presence by tuning into the natural rhythm of gravity. You’ll be guided to imagine gravity as a wave of energy—something you can gently increase or decrease with your breath. As you inhale, you’ll feel yourself becoming lighter and more spacious.
