Allow all the parts of yourself to relax as you are reminded of all the innate goodness you are. The goodness that resides within your heart, mind, body and energy. When you feel this goodness you invite yourself and others to experience more of it.

Digging in nice deep mindful breaths.

I bring all my attention that might be scattered into the past back into the present moment and likewise any of my attention that's in the future I bring it back to the present moment.

The past is the past and the future will have its time.

So I choose to be here now with myself and as I breathe deeply and naturally I allow that breath to reach all the different parts of my body.

Letting it go to the ends of my fingers down into my feet and I check if there's anything this body needs for me in this moment.

If there's any area that's calling for my attention and I allow that area to have all the attention it needs and I check if there's something that part of the body needs for me in this moment I allow it to have that and I remind that part of my body that is good and next I become mindful and aware of my energy.

The energy both within and around me and I see if there's anything I need energetically in this moment and I allow myself to have that.

I remind the energy within and around me of its goodness.

I thank it for its support.

Telling it that you are good and thank you.

Next I become aware of my heart.

I can even place my hand on my heart and I check what feelings are present.

What emotions I just observe and feel without a story.

I breathe into my heart.

I check if there's something my heart needs in this moment.

I allow it to have that and I remind my heart of its goodness that you are good.

You are so so good and I am so thankful for you for helping you are how much you love and now bring your awareness and mindful attention to your mind.

Notice what's happening on the screen of your mind in this moment.

See if your mind is quiet or if there are thoughts passing in the background and whatever the case drop any judgments any fears or control around the mind and remind the mind of its goodness.

Tell the mind that it is good.

You are good.

You are so good.

And thank the mind.

And now bring your awareness to the one observing all of this.

The higher self and connect now with the source of all goodness.

That one that pure energy that reminds you of your goodness and see if there's a message for you in this moment.

And that beautiful connection and whatever message you receive,

Whatever message comes intuitively.

Bring that message down into your mind.

Allow it to fill up your heart.

To flow in your energy.

And permeate your physical body.

Recognizing all the parts of you that you are good,

You are so,

So good.

And thanking them all for the way they support you.

And now imagine this message of goodness going out to the people around you and your immediate environment,

Your co-workers,

Your loved ones.

This can be coupled with the message you received connected to source energy.

Or you can just send out this message of goodness that you are good.

You are so good.

And see this message reaching the people in the neighborhood and where you are.

And then see it going to all of those in the city.

The state in which you are.

The country.

Reminding all the people of their goodness.

Just affirming it.

That you are loved,

You are good,

You are so good.

In a very fundamental way.

And now allow that message to go out to the oceans and the trees and the animals and all the elements.

And further to the entire globe.

And now pick a person or a place in the world and concentrate this energy of goodness on them.

Remind them of their goodness.

Sending out this thought that you are good.

You are so,

So good.

And this message of goodness,

This affirmation of their goodness.

There's a sense of peace,

A sense of love and belonging.

And as you encounter people today,

Think about their goodness,

Remind them of their goodness.

See their goodness.

Feel it.

And in turn,

You will feel the goodness within yourself.

And that will spread through the world.
