Blessings,
Beautiful souls,
And welcome to this inner wisdom meditation.
Our current way of living,
Constantly connected,
Dulls our perception of the ethereal world which flows ephemerally around us and through us.
We have become disconnected from the natural way of things,
Allowing the wildness to fade into the background of daily hustles,
Doom scrolling,
And chasing the next best thing.
We need to reconnect to remember our natural self,
The essence within that guides us through the disharmony with grace and ease.
Our intuition,
Our sacred inner voice.
When we are quiet and allow space for the chatter to settle,
We discover a stillness ever present within.
If we are patient and listen closely,
We can hear the voice of the universe,
The voice of our authentic consciousness.
When we touch this place of sacred stillness,
We dissolve into the stories of others.
My fears are your fears.
My joy is your joy.
Our experiences may be different,
But our emotions flow through each of us,
Originating in our limbic system,
One of the oldest parts of the brain.
Evolutionarily speaking,
Let us now journey inward to the place of stillness,
Knowledge,
And truth together and meet in sacred silence.
Please make yourself as comfortable as possible.
Sitting up or lying down,
Allow your hands to rest gently at your sides or in your lap.
Softly float your eyes closed and bring your awareness to your breath.
Follow your breath for a moment.
Get in touch with the sacred connection your breath provides.
Our breath is not our own.
We are merely one part of the respiration cycle.
Our exhales become the inhale of the flora,
And vice versa.
A dance between us and the world around us.
Rest here in this beautiful experience of the world breathing you.
Now bring your awareness to your body and see if you can make yourself just 10% more comfortable.
Allow the heaviness of your body to sink into more profound relaxation.
In the space we have created,
In the stillness,
We connect to our inner expansiveness,
Touching the mystical.
We can allow our inner wisdom to flow.
Allow your breath to be natural and settle your attention on your third eye chakra.
At the center of your forehead,
Take a moment to feel the energy of your breath.
To feel the energies present here.
Does it feel open,
Heavy,
Airy,
Or perhaps flowing?
When we take time to experience our energies,
We become more in tune with our natural rhythms.
Open yourself to the potency within your sacred vessel.
Allow trust to blossom within your heart and mind.
Everything you seek can be found within.
Open to trusting yourself.
Open to loving yourself.
Inhale deeply through your nose,
Pausing at the top,
And exhale through your mouth,
Allowing all of the air to be released from the depths of your lungs.
Breathe in,
Sense the sacred breath flow into your third eye,
Opening yourself to the universe.
Everything you seek can be found within.
Exhale,
Releasing any hesitancy about trusting your innate wisdom.
Rest here in stillness,
In the space behind space,
Where we shine together in love and light.
Touch the shared consciousness,
Ever present.
Everything I seek can be found within.
I trust my inner knowingness.
Everything I seek can be found within.
I trust my inner knowingness.
Everything I seek can be found within.
Gently shift your awareness back to your breath,
Allowing the energies to settle into a deep self-trust and love.
When we love ourselves,
We trust ourselves.
Everything we seek can be found within.
In this sacred space,
Allow the heart and mind to flow into a unity,
Enabling a more immersive experience of wisdom,
Trust,
And love.
Begin to deepen your breath,
Feeling the energy flowing into your sacred vessel.
Gently begin to bring small movements to your fingers and toes.
When you are ready,
You may float your eyes open.
Allow the message and energies of this meditation to flow through you.
You should journal your feelings or anything that came up during this meditation.
You should journal your feelings or anything that came up during this meditation.
You should journal your feelings or anything that came up during this meditation.
I love myself.
When I criticize myself,
Am I coming from a place of love and inner connection,
Or am I lashing out mindlessly?
Self-talk is a conversation with the universe,
And constant negative self-talk blocks intuition.
If you feel stuck or notice any hesitancy in your self-trust,
Please come back to this meditation.
If you're feeling disconnected from your inner wisdom,
This meditation can serve as a deepening of experience and reconnection to the sacred.
Thank you for joining me in the sacred space which connects all of us.
I am so very grateful to have met you on the path.
Namaste.
