This short, movement-based focus session is designed to be used during your warm-up. You’re invited to begin moving right away while bringing attention to posture and breath. The cues help organize your attention, regulate effort, and support movement with purpose and quality. The background music is intentionally grounding and subtly energizing, without hype or distraction. Ideal before strength training, endurance sessions, or any workout where you want to feel calm, focused, and ready to train.

This short session is here to help you focus as you begin your workout.

Begin moving now and use this recording as part of your warmup.

Bring your attention to your posture,

The way you're holding your body.

Straighten your spine,

Drop your shoulders,

Soften your eyes and your jaw.

Feel your feet,

Your legs,

Your hips,

And your core.

Lightly engage the muscles of your core.

Feel them supporting your movement.

Open your chest and let your breath move freely,

Moving with a sense of fluidity and ease.

Now bring your attention to your breath.

Notice it moving in rhythm with your body.

Let your breath regulate your effort,

Organize your attention,

And bring you fully into this moment.

You are ready to move through your workout with purpose and quality.
