Her classes weave together Breathwork, Meditation and Body Scans—all designed to release tension, calm the mind and support a balanced nervous system. Each practice is an inquiry, an exploration of both movement and stillness, guiding you toward a more embodied and compassionate sense of self. Danya holds a Masters degree in Integrated Studies, is a certified Yoga and Pranayama teacher and Zen Shiatsu therapist. Yoga has been an anchor in her life for over 20 years, leading her across the world to study and teach in Bali, Thailand, Portugal, Spain, Hawaii and India. Now happily rooted in Troncones, Mexico, Danya lives by the ocean at her little retreat with her soulmate and their beloved fur babies. Her training includes Meditation, Pranayama, Qi Gong and Zen Shiatsu—modalities that shape her gentle, mindful approach to teaching. Through her guidance, students are encouraged to ground and connect with presence.
