Reconnect with your body and awaken your inner aliveness through this gentle mindful somatic movement practice. In this slow, meditative session, we explore interoception—the ability to sense and feel what’s happening within the body. Through guided awareness, breathwork and subtle movement, you’ll be invited to soften tension, regulate your nervous system and cultivate a deeper sense of presence. This practice is perfect for: stress relief and nervous system regulation, reconnecting with your body and breath, releasing tension and emotional holding, supporting mindfulness and somatic awareness and gentle movement on rest days or before sleep You’ll be guided through: a grounding body scan, conscious breath awareness, gentle somatic movement and self-touch and deep relaxation and integration This is your time to slow down, soften and reconnect with the quiet intelligence of your body.
