All right,
Today's day two of the meditation challenge,
Awaken your body awareness with affirmation.
As you enter today's meditation,
Remember to honor yourself.
We're going to start with some movement while you are sitting down to help you calm your brain down.
So let's start with micro body movements.
Place your hands in a prayer position with open hands.
Place them in the middle of your forehead,
Between your eyebrows,
On your third eye.
Begin by brushing your thumbs over your forehead all the way up on top of your third eye and down.
Brush to awaken your meridians,
Breathe and open your arms.
Breathe and let go.
Rub your hands together,
Just breathe in and breathe out.
Start tapping your third eye.
Don't do anything,
Just soften your shoulders,
Soften your neck.
Calm your forehead.
Tap and tap.
Let it go.
Tap your thumbs.
This is a great tapping for awakening the meridians.
Your pinkies and your thumb.
Shake your hands.
Shake up,
Shake down,
Shake up,
Shake down.
To let yourself being present right here in this very moment,
Close your eyes and just let the sensation of the body feel the sensation after the movements.
Just close your eyes.
This meditation is guiding you to awaken your body through affirmation by listening to your inner soul and looking within.
The affirmation will help you to connect with your inner physical body and practice observing your sensation and your thoughts.
The affirmation also retraining the brain from negative self-talk to more positive an approach to life and beyond.
You will use your breath to become fully present,
Grounded and experience this full gratitude to your body and your beautiful inner self.
Enter yourself with each breath.
They invite you to center in your sacred space.
Allow yourself to lie down,
Whatever it was will work for you.
Allow yourself to eliminate any distractions.
Make yourself comfortable.
Allow your eyes to soften.
Start by taking three deep breaths.
Inhale through your nose and out through your mouth.
Find your peaceful breath.
Take a moment while your eyes are closed.
Be aware of your shoulders.
Gently move your eyes side to side without forcing them.
Be aware when you hold tension in your body.
Let your eyes soften.
As you bring your intention to your breath,
Repeat after me from within.
I am asking from the wisdom of my body,
From the core of my well-being to guide me and give me the answers of what I need in order to heal.

Breathe in a beautiful energetic light.
Starting from the top of your head,
Going along your spine,
All the way down to your feet.
All the way down to your legs,
To your knees,
Into the base of your spine.
Feel it.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
I acknowledge your feet.
In each breath,
State after me.
I acknowledge my feet and my toes.
I am deeply rooted.
I am open to possibilities.
I am grateful for all the challenges that life brings into my life.
I am open to evolve and grow.
I trust myself in making healthy choices.
I am content.
Body breath.
Ecotic light,
Light up your pelvic,
Your reproductive organs,
Lower belly,
Your hips and lower back.
Each breath,
You state,
I am aware of my lower belly and I feel nourished with healthy emotions and creativity.
I am self and I am safe to release unlocked emotions.
I set the healthy boundaries.
I am passionate about life.
I enjoy my body.
My emotions are the language of my soul.
I am at peace.
Body breath to the center of your being,
Your solar plexus,
Your upper belly,
Your liver,
Your splint and intestine.
In each breath,
State from within,
I feel empowered.
I stand up for myself.
I am courageous and daring.
I honor myself.
I am at peace.
I am enough.
Breathe and let go.
Take this energy breath into your chest,
To your heart,
Your lungs,
Beautiful energy life,
Filled with self-love and compassion.
I am open to love.
I love and accept myself fully.
I choose healthy relationships.
Deep body breath filled with pure truth into your throat.
I speak my truth with love.
I am honest and communicate with assertiveness.
Express myself freely.
I am thankful.
Breathe in magical energy breath into your eyes,
Your forehead,
Your third eye,
Filled with clarity and vision.
Soften your forehead.
I am light.
I can see clearly.
I trust my intuition.
I am wise.
As you breathe in into the crown of your head,
Your breath,
Your brain,
A beautiful light of serenity connected with the divine energy.
I seek to understand and learn from my experiences.
My life move with grace.
I am surrounded with the divine light within your heart.
Breathe in,

Breathe and release.
I am content and connected.
Bring your awareness back.
Take a few deep breaths,
Inhale and release.
With the sigh,
Inhale and release.
Awaken your body to this very moment.

Bring your hands into prayer position.
