So today's meditation is sharp rebalancing meditation.
We will go through the chakra system.
It's our navigation of our energetic body.
Right,
It's the journey toward greatest awareness,
Empowerment,
And aliveness.
This is very important for our total transformation when it comes to balance.
As an ancient spiritual system,
They show us the path to enlightenment and integration of the mind,
Body,
And soul.
So take a moment and honor your body and its ability to be gentle with your practice and with your progress.
Be aware of your breath and your thoughts.
May your practice and experience be releaseful.
Take a moment.
I will invite you to lie down or sit.
Make yourself comfortable.
And close your eyes.
We will begin by finding stillness in our bodies to become tuned and aware.
Start by taking three deep breaths.
Inhale through your nose and out through your mouth.
Let your breath flow until you find stillness and with a natural breath.
While your eyes are closed,
Move your eyes from side to side to calm down your racing thoughts.
Let your eyes be still.
Be resting.
Let your thoughts come and go.
Bring your intention into your breath.
Let go any tension that your body holds.
Let's begin this journey by walking along the river in a beautiful meadow.
As you connect with your physical body,
Notice how your body feels.
As you walk along the river,
Kissing the ground with your feet,
Listening to the water,
Smelling the beautiful air.
As you walk along the water,
Feel your feet in the water.
Notice a beautiful red ruby,
Brilliant,
Glittering in the water.
As you pick it up,
Watch is brilliant.
Red color,
Radiant in the sun.
Inhale this beautiful red light into the bottom of your spine.
Through your feet,
This is your first check.
The life being of your red,
Brilliant energy.
Security,
Survival.
The element is her.
Notice how your body feels.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Walk along the water,
Your intention caught a beautiful orange tool pass.
You pick it up with this brilliant light,
Breathing this brilliant light into your belly.
This is your second chakra.
Represent your creativity,
Your emotions,
Your sensuality.
The element is water.
Let your breath and feeling flow like the water.
As you keep walking along the water,
Your eyes will see a beautiful yellow citrine crystal,
Bursting with powerful light.
You breathe in this powerful light into your solar plexus,
Your third chakra.
Your personal power,
Identity and authenticity.
The element is fire.
Notice your breath and your power.
Keep walking along the river.
You notice a beautiful emerald green as you pick it up.
The energy of love in the air.
You breathe it in into your beautiful chest,
Your heart,
A beautiful green light,
Your fourth chakra.
The element is love,
Compassion,
And deep healing.
The element is air.
Notice how you feel.
Long walking along the water,
A beautiful turquoise stone shining,
Reflecting of the water from the sky,
A deep blue cloud.
Breathe in its brilliance into your throat.
Your fifth chakra,
Your self-truth communication,
And self-expression.
The element is sound.
Notice how your breath and how your body feels.
As you keep walking,
Kissing the grass beneath you,
You reach the meadow.
You're finding yourself sitting by a tree,
Just feeling the ground beneath you.
Right beside you,
The right side,
You will find a beautiful indigo lapis stone.
It's brilliant,
A beam of indigo light.
Breathe in this beautiful light in the center of your forehead,
Just between your eyes,
Your third eye.
This is your sixth chakra,
The life force of your intuition,
Your thoughts,
Clarity in your dreams,
Your imagination.
The element is light.
Notice how you feel.
On your left side,
A brilliant violet purple amethyst,
Just sitting beside you.
As you pick it up,
Place it on top of your head,
Your crown chakra,
Your seventh chakra connected with the universe divine energy.
Breathe in this powerful energy and let it re-ingle with the universe,
Your spirituality,
Your understanding of your unconscious and your conscious mind.
The element is thoughts.
Notice how you feel.
Breathe in all the fresh air,
Giving gratitude as you bring yourself back from this magical journey.
Honor your stones,
Embracing the presence from Mother Earth.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Bring your awareness back to your breath,
To the sounds around you.
Wiggle in your body to awaken.
Slowly open your eyes.
And when you're ready,
Write about your experience.
